MR R33 GTST

Hi all i have asked this question in the vic section and no one has any ideas i am wondering if anyone has had a shift kit instaled on there r33 auto if so how much would i be ruffly looking at and were could i get this done in melbourne if anyone knows well thanks for your help

No they are ment to make the gear shift quicker and harder when changing from 1st 2nd like that has anyone had this done?

Has anyone had this done ??? I have called around and i have prices from $350 to $1500 so i would like some more information from ppl that have had this done thanks

Hi all i have a r33 gtst and i have the unichip after market computer and it works wonders you wouldn't even know the difference in gear changes and it brings a heap of power too its realy good

There is a uni chip for the auto skyline but not all models can have it i got mine done by dyno motive in melbourne it was very good if i can find the dyno run i will post it up on here there is no difference in the gear changing or anything they done a top job all only thing i realy notice is that i need a shift kit now cause if i manualuly change the gears it aint quick enuff but yeah i am very happy with it. if you wanna know prices and stuff pm and i can tell u

Hey mate i have the exact same car i have a blitz front mount ,sbc id 3, 3.5inch exst and a k&n fillter at first i had a apexi safc 2 as well which was pushing 169 rwkw at 11 psi (I still have the safc 2 if interested) then i upgraded that to a uni chip computer now it has 200rwkw at 9.5 psi i have been told i need some new coil packs and injectors before i up the boost cause it can't handle the power but for an auto it goes alright dont get a blow off valve it made mine run like crap idling up and down. i could of put the $500 from the blow of value towards some injectors !!

Hi all i have been looking at buying a new turbo for my car it is a r33 gtst and i have came across these turbos on ebay (click link below) can some one tell me if it is a direct fit and will it make a big difference from the standard one i dont know too much about turbos just wanna know if it will do the job i have currently 192 rwkw lookin for around the 250 rwkw mark will this turbo get it there or do i have to look at some other ones. and i know just chaging the turbo wont get it to the 250rwkw most of the other mods are already done thanks http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...ssPageName=WDVW

The BOV is on plumback but i mean you can't tell the cop that he didn't belive me i reved it and all no noise and still i have to go to epa thanks for all the info i won't be telling them anything about my car but it is basicly stock except for thoes two things !!! they just wanna make me go out of my way i think they pick the most futherst EPA place i could go too !!! has any one else had a letter from the EPA lately it tooks like a PARTY invertation

I have to take it to some where in mcloud were ever that is its past preston apprently i think that might be the epa station i know that they will check boost conrtol and blow off valve how bad are they should i just take the blow off valve off even thoe its plumback ?

Hi All I have just recived a letter from the EPA telling me to take my car down now all i wanna know is how hard do they go over the car the epa is for the blow off valve which is a GFB stealth one which is plumb back but u can make it atmo so would they get me on that and also my blitz id3 boost control now i have disconected the control computer but all the stuff for it is still under the bonnet so would they get me on that can ppl that have had experience with the EPA let me know what to expect as this is my first time going thanks

I have an auto R33 it goes quite hard it has a few mods exust bov boost control and there is an ecu that you can get for the auto r33 its a uni chip i have just had it installed on mine it gave me an extra 20 kw's @ the wheels the autos are a good car to drive but if you like having fun like drifting and things like that i would get a manual but i have 190kws at the wheels boosted only to 9.5 and its mostly standard so u can get a lot of power out of an auto too in the end it comes down to how you drive.

nah didn't get any a/f readings on the print out because it was power runs only i might take it back this week and get it dynoed the other time i had it dynoed it was on 12.5 the whole way so i dunno if it could changed i aint sure so i will take it and see if its not the a/f how can i fix this ?

well every one i have come to a bit of a stop in reaching 200rwkw i took my car along to a dyno day on saturday and it start to ping at 170kw at 6200 rpm boosted at 11psi. now could someone please tell me what this could be could it be injectors and fuel pump or more as yous all know its auto so its a bit hard to get a good ecu. so now i have the problem finding out what it could be so if any of yous have had this problem please let me know what yous have done to fix it well thanks for all ya help and i soon hope to reach 200rwkws after this minor hold up !

Hey jager i wouldn't have a clue what type of cam gears to get i still want it as a daily driver as well as i just thought all the cam gears were the same also jager did u notice much of a difference when you fitted the uni chip?

Hi all thanks for ya help i might try getting a dump pipe from some where and trying the fuel pump. i have heard i might be able to get a uni chip installed but then i would have to take my blitz boost controler off has anyone else have a uni chip are these good ?
