  1. If you want i can purchase a blown turbo on your behalf and send it to tao
  2. yes do what he ^ said. If you really feel like f**king around then the garret 5 bolt is the same as SR20 so you could buy an SR20 dump and then cut it 30cm down from the dump where its a 3" and try and make it fit. but don't do that. Do what GTSBoy said.
  3. Deatschwerk bin. It may have been an LSD 25 years ago but it sure isn't in 2019.
  4. 1. Buy turbo with T3 flange turbine housing. 2. Install onto car 3. ????? 4. Profit
  5. ehhh my CBF factor is maximum. Was like 1.5 years ago now anyway.
  6. I waited almost 6 months for sparesbox to supply my EFR6758 and it was an absolute f**k around. I only paid $1900 for it. Ended up cancelling because they told me it would be a 9 month wait from that point (at the end of the 6 months). Cancelled the order and they refunded the money with no voucher or anything. Purchased 6758 the next day for ~$2800 Sparesbox ring me the week later saying they just got their order in. I said ill take it still because it was so cheap. They don't agree to the $1900 that i was supposed to pay (was purchased during a sale) and want to charge me $3k f**k sparesbox
  7. My recommendation is to never make the decision of tuner based on their distance from you (within reason) especially if you live in Melbourne where there is plenty of well known and respected people who would tune 10 skylines a week.
  8. If i was you i would go to a DBW throttle now you have a good ECU running the show. How are you interfacing turbo RPM into the link? I though plug ins had a 500hz input limit
  9. The mythical 'one day' haha, in my experience that day is forever just around the corner ? Let me know mate
  10. It won't be an issue. Also poewredbymax sell oval exhaust off the shelf i believe, but it looks like you have most of it done already.
  11. Johnny you are saying you use no spigot at all?
  12. So what is your actual question? You would like to convert your hydraulic head to a solid shim under bucket setup?
  13. More time to talk shit on SAU tho so that's a clear win.
  14. I really don't think i will be able to help you in regards to what BenR has said mate, however i do have info relevant to this thread. Should be picking up an RB20DE Neo with only 60,xxx km on in in the next day or two. Was purchased through a reputable wrecker in Melbourne with evidence of genuine km. I am currently running an R32 RB20DE with fully refreshed standard head and no modifications to the bottom end with an EFR6758 on it. I would have stuck with that engine combination if the RB20 Neo didnt come up so cheap. Just to confirm @FinnDatsun you have an RB20 Neo or Vanilla silvertop RB20?
  15. Yes please, it's a neo now isn't it? Solid head should have less issues. Did you put a restrictor in the block before you put engine in?
  16. Benny turning into his profile display pic more and more every day. King DON keyboard warrior. Also please post some pics of your pristine car, or maybe @Mick_o could post them on your behalf.
  17. The back face of the gears looks like it has taken a hammering, i don't really know about this stuff but my gut says they shouldn't be that worn
  18. Sweet i will measure mine tonight and get back to you, cheers
  19. Engine number is cast on the back left hand corner (roughly underneath the turbo) it will tell you what block it is. Head casting is front left near exhaust runner 1. Also RB20 head won't go on to RB25 block as the chamber/bore size is different.
  20. In a forum first record you have actually picked good quality and correct modifications. Only thing i would reccoment changing is the DW pump to a Walbro 460. What turbo you running? Manifold? Gates? Clutch? Also sell PFC and buy link G4+ plugin ECU, far superior.
  21. Are you able to measure the length of the R33 LCA's? Need new ones for my s15 if they are the same (think they are) Bushing to balljoint would be great, cheers.
  22. liquid gasket works fine. I also use m6 studs and nuts instead of the bolts. Makes it easier to put the thermostat housing on without smearing liquid gasket everywhere.
