  1. Car is no good if the ECU can't be taken out, will give you $20k for it as is.
  2. sounds pretty typical of any otakugarage product.
  3. Wow that is terrible luck. How many k's did the clutch do before it toasted it?
  4. It is both safe and possible. Link LTC module will work with G4+ plugin
  5. The newer injectors whilst being excellent at high RPM really do shine at idle/low load, which is what these guys are trying to say. If you pick the nismos up for 1/2 the cost of new injectors then it might be viable, otherwise Bosch/ID would be best.
  6. Short story, No. Long story, f**k no. Longest story, either buy the right diff so suit your application or buy the correct mechanical centre for your diff. The amount of times i have tried to move things between R200's only to be met with things that don't just quite fit......
  7. To save yourself time and hassle just keep it registered with SR. Is it the right thing to do? No. Is it the easiest and most convenient way to do it and you wont be comprehensively insuring it? Absolutely.
  8. Feel free to throw up some pics that you have taken too, especially if they relate to Skylines!
  9. FYI timing belts deteriorate pretty quickly, not structurally but visually. Do a couple 1000km on a new belt and it looks very old very quick.
  10. $20 should cover it, you'll be fine.
  11. Yep if i was building a bih HP 4WD RB then i would be using a block brace no questions asked. 2WD i wouldn't bother.
  12. Keep us updated with detailed instructions!
  13. f**king rad. That is all.
  14. + Will be you best friend trying to find strange engine noises.
  15. I can't. But there is a kit designed by @rat32r on these forums that uses an LS1 alternator and custom bracket that is a plug in solution and is 140A. Surely that would be easier.
  16. for around 6 months i remember paying $0.79/L in Newcastle. Goooood times.
  17. Exactly what GTSBoy said, there is no trick parts to it. Keep wobbling the rail until you find the least wobbly part and look in that area as you have forgotten do undo something, because when there is nothing holding it in it comes straight out.
  18. Looks great mate, keen for more updates!
  19. There is actually A,B,C and D. And as GTSboy said its almost impossible for us to tell you what will fit as it depends on what box you have and if your car was originally manual or auto as the holes on the chassis are in different spots. It is easier to just modify your existing one.
  20. still cheaper than 98! just don't look at the odometer between fill ups ?
  21. how long does the battery last on the milwaukee ratchet fatz? and does it have enough grunt? not sure if i should go the 1/4 or 3/8
  22. All good thanks for your help mate, legend! Will keep everyone in here updated as to how i get on. If there is more interest i have access to a CNC so could get another group purchase going again.
  23. Do not have one personally, but all the high power GTR's i know of all use the PRP items. And PRP is very well intertwined with the majority of the big GTR workshops, in sydney at least so that speaks a lot.
