Where was it leaking for you in the end mate? I have actually just got the engine running again for the first time in 2 years but yet to have the cooling system under pressure so will see how we go. I do have a coolant pressure sensor on the ECU that i can use to monitor. -
Honda did a great job of making the complex actually really simple. Put it in engine bay, give it fuel and away you go. Hardest part is getting the transmission sorted. I'm considering removing my SR20DET out of my S13 and putting in an NA K24 at the moment. Its significantly smaller and lighter than an SR, just really fking tall

K swap going to be huge in the coming years. They are better in every way than SR20 imo. Only downside is the exhaust is on the wrong side which is not a huge issue.

I found my old neo crank if it's any use to you send me a message, otherwise will put it up for sale. What a reasonable price for a crank in perfect condition came from a running 100,000km engine? Also have full set of pistons (who wants standard pistons though) and rods (same as RB26 so may be worth something,)

The ever evolving R32 GTR build

Closer pics of how the costing came up on the linkages please? Was looking at mine today and wondering what the best solution is to get them looking good again. Did the require them disassembled or did you send them in complete as they came off the car? -

Can't wait to join you guys doing RB20 tings. Mine has been on the backburner for about 6 months now, might get off the computer and go dig it out of the shed 😅 -
Just saw engine nudes, that f**king sucks dude. What size restrictors did you put in when building the engine? Also who did the respray and rough cost? Looking to get S15 done

It was honestly an extremely uneventful failure in the video, was waiting for a loud bang but it just sort of knocked for a second then died. What was the details on the bottom end?

This is why you don't use this kit. Brand new genuine gaskets, Brand new adapter plate, all surfaces machined flat, brand new bolts. Modified the adapter plate like above to have the bolts go all the way through and secure it to the head. There was absolutely nothing more i could have done to give it a better chance at sealing. This is using a cooling system pressure tester at anything above 2-3psi. was obviously much worse at 15psi. I would have spent probably 30+ hours in trying to make this piece of shit work properly. Literally the only option i have left is to remove it all again and instead of using proper gaskets just gasket goo the ever loving f**k out of everything which really isn't right. -
I have a 100% complete 60xxx KM RB20DE Neo in my shed that i would be happy to take as many pics of as you want. I am very busy at the moment though so may have to wait a couple of weeks.

Yeah making the wiring is easy, organizing the group buy and actually getting people to pay is usually the hard part ?
