  1. 340,000 km on my RB30E with 10,000km of those running more than triple the factory horsepower. Can't go wrong
  2. Ummmmm no idea? If you are serious PM me. I'm happy to ship to the land of freedom if you are a serious buyer.
  3. I'm more of a fan on a 25 head on a 30 bottom end. Bottom end only costs $50 not $1000
  4. 4x R33 GTR rims. Small amounts of rash, would come up mint if repainted. Located Newcastle happy to post at buyers expense.
  5. Good idea for sure! Will definitely be doing this next time engine comes out
  6. Thought i should revisit this topic haha. The RB30 has been running faultlessly now for almost 2 years. It did 1 year on 300kw and now almost 9 months on 340kw. That includes 5-6 drift days in which the car gets driven very very hard (sitting on 7000rpm limiter in 4th gear). All i have done to it maintenance wise is to keep doing regular oil changes haha, now settled on using Penrite full syn 15-W50 10 tenths racing. When i first got the RB30 it had 330,000km on it, and i have done another 10-15,000 in those 2 years. So for a completely stock non turbo RB30 bottom end running more than triple the factory power level it is doing pretty fin good!
  7. The new SAU app absolutely sucks. It's so clunky to use and hard to navigate. The navigation in particular is absolutely terrible, everything is really hidden away somewhere. Also when in a forum area (say forced induction) each thread is massive and takes up so much screen space. I used to read everything on SAU every single day and since the update I have only used it twice as it is a horrible exoteric and on mobile imo, which is a shame as it was excellent before (besides the weird double posting that seemed to happen) This is iOS btw
  8. If you are referring to spitting a shim etc then i have only ever heard of 2 neos doing it, and that was both second hand information on this forum. Simon-S14 said he has seen 2 drift cars do it but they both had fairly large drop in cams with a completely standard valve train. Personally i have been running a neo head for 2.5 years and give it absolute hell on the street and (drift) track and have never had an issue. I run a completely standard valvetrain and cams though.
  9. I would say they probably are, it's only been 5 and a half years.
  10. ARP method. Start at the center and work out.
  11. Posting to follow. Running 25/30 Neo and wanting to push 25+ psi through with a Hypergear SS2 on a completely standard Neo head.
  12. Flat. Have never had a problem on the 20+ I have done. Never ever heard of having the flywheel stepped either.
  13. I know it's bare in your pics but can't hurt to ask. Is it plenum only or does it come complete?
  14. What ones do you have exactly?
  15. Never played with GTR stuff before but it looks like you have to take the selector thingy off? It should just be a roll pin holding it in.
  16. Is there any sort of ETA at all?
  17. This has been one of my favourite builds on SAU for a long time (that's because it's been going for a long time ) mate. Good to see it getting towards the good end of the build that's for sure. Keep up the updates, can't wait to see it finished
  18. Nobody on SAU has as far as I can tell. Nobody has posted pics or a review anyway. Anything that doesn't fit under the coilpack cover is a no go for me.
  19. Has anyone used the yaris coils on an RB yet? Plenty of talk of them on JZ but nothing for us.
  20. Steering rack reco is pretty expensive as well. $400-500 when I last looked. Keep us posted on what you decide to do
