  1. Hi Anyone planning on attending the Winton Performance Car Mania this year? I was looking forward to seeing some classics.
  2. I thought I better do something to keep it on the road, I'm of to melbourne on friday for an ECU and tune to see what happens from there.
  3. i got a set of s13 alloy pineapples and used the larger 4 to push the cross member up tight, i already put the whiteline bushes in the rear but these pineapples made a huge difference. a lot less squat, tighter felling rear, better slide/peddle control but it increased the road noise in the cab. well worth it.

  7. Hi I have done Agnew of these and the only problem I have had is the ignition source needs to come from the old coil wire as the others don't have power when cranking. Double check the pinouts on the ecu. Good luck you should be wrapped with the result.

  10. Hi I have a Mr30 with a Rb25det etc R200 diff with a detroit lokka in it and its the hardest car I have owned to keep under control in a slide. Is it the diff or suspension or just thats what 30s do? I have replaced all the rubbers in the rear Koni shocks in the rear set near hard. I have a S13 front end to install and coil overs all-round I hope this helps as it feels like the car is out to get me every time I put it in a slide. Its possible I have just lost my talent but I'm hoping not. Any advice etc would be appreciated Steve
  11. Hi The HR31 is a R200 and the MR30 is a R180. I put a R200 from a Z31 into my Mr30 with a RB25det. I also put a Detroit lokka in. You will need the drive shafts with that diff and a small modification to the mustash bar and you might need to change the tailshaft flange to fit on your tailshaft. Good luck Steve

I would keep an eye out for a r31 motor they have a better head than the VL and the VL guys want too much money for the series 2 blocks that have the oil and water galleries in them for the turbo. I have had good success with running the r33 turbo on the vl manifold with the brown top vl injectors on a std ecu chipped by dark half on a few different build, its cheep and good for 200kw at the wheels.
