I bought an a pair of r32gtst seats of member JonB off of this site, have paid for the items some time ago, spoken to him on the phone as the items had never shown up, then aranged to pickup and never happened! JonB gave me his word he was going to refund my money, now 2weeks have passed and he's made no attempt to do anything! So what I want to know is what can I do?? I have his name as Jon B, I also have a mobile number that he responds to txt on but the phone always says it is uncontactable! I have bank details that I will post if needed! And he seems to have been a member for a while and others have bought from him and had no problem! Please help

Jon I had bought your seats a few months ago and have never seen any items, I'm very unhappy as I have paid in full and haven't got anything, you have told me that you will/have refunded my money but after 2weeks I still have not seen anything from you! So to any person buying off JonB I would not do it as I have been wrong done by Jon over $80 I have all JonB details and will now pass them onto the mod's of sau to NAME AND SHAME YOU with you phone number, and account details I will also be making a formal police report with bank account details included as I have in writing from you via this site that you have an aggrement of sale to me!
