  4. meh, i like cars stockish, i wish my car had a gtst front bar. function over form. functional ride height, functional tyre fitment, not spending money on kits that dont do shit for aero/on cars that dont go on the track etc. sunken is bad, but hellaflush is poser spec. is there no middle ground? lipped guards with normal tyres at functional height?(good geo, clearance etc) oops, it wont pull the bitches. honestly, when has a "hellaflush" car ever gotten you a quality girl?, or is it about cred with other guys? insecure much? I am sure for some it could be they're personal taste, but for most it seems to just be a groupy/"trend" thing. stock looking 32gtst with 33GTR rims= win, stock looking 33/34gtst/gtt with 34GTR rims = win.
  5. NSW: bling +100 offset rims slammed. VIC; bling -100 offset rims slammed. Either way, they both seem a rather pointless to me, this "HellaFlush" trend makes me LOL.
  6. BP, need to confirm they have ultimate though, assume they do though given how many cars I saw in there.

  10. Earthing the Solenoid is rumored to shorten its life. Bypass it and be done with it IMO. What about a Stagea isn't a tradies car? What is your trade? 11. Knowing a lot of members head up the mt dandy for various reasons, or might reside there, this may be of interest. Survey link CFA SIRENS SURVEY PREAMBLE In line with CFA sirens policy relating to community alerting, the Dandenong Ranges Community Bushfire Group Inc (DRCBG) is surveying the community to ascertain the level of support across the Dandenong Ranges for use of existing sirens as an alert for residents, to immediately seek further information. As CFA volunteers within the community play an essential role, so do the CFA sirens for alerting many residents. CFA Sirens are currently used by most brigades to summon the CFA volunteers to a "000" generated incident. This may be a fire, car accident, a rescue, or many other incidents that require a CFA response. The secondary effect of the "call-out" siren is the alerting of a the community of "an incident" and the need to be cautious on the roads with the CFA responding to the incident. The DRCBG proposal seeks not to change the way a brigade summons volunteers via the initial "call-out" siren, but to further use the CFA sirens across the Dandenong Ranges for community alerting in the event of a potential or pending emergency. It is proposed that the siren be distinguishable from the normal call-out siren, either by frequency or length of use, to notify the immediate communities of concern. Education to the community will be essential in the use of these sirens. DRCBG seeks your support for use of the CFA sirens as a community alert in emergencies requiring immediate attention and further investigation, before evaluating next actions or plans. Sirens are only one of many options for alert available . If you support the use of sirens as a community alert, please vote YES and inform others in your address book of this survey as a matter of urgency. To be successful we must show majority community support for this proposal which will be an undertaking of election proportions.

  19. This years AWD golf will have an upspec GTi motor. this is my pic... easy to mod, better grip, and less of a lead arrow than an R32. if unable to get that, I would take an older R32, and save for a FI kit.
  20. See that "+40" offset? you want around +20 if you're weak, -40 if you're a man.
  21. Is your standard 5-7psi solenoid connected? Tested? Tried bypassing it? should get you 7psi. Starting? Cold, Warm, both? Radiator? Had it flushed?(Pulled it out and had it opened up and properly cleaned out)
