  1. Happy Birthday Ash!
  2. 52trim would be similar to a HKS gtrs. I know of someone who had one, approx 240awkw in his GTS4 from memory. Was meant to be a nice drive. Check the dyno thread.
  3. nice yours and fat-lad's are nice
  4. Becoming a member: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Me...ic-t288195.html Events: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Events-f102.html Pretty much, if you can see it/post in it, you can attend. The members event section is hidden from non-members. There are forum members, and SAU-VIC club members, the latter can be spotted by their purple tags below their avatars. These are the financial members of the club and get all the bonus's listed in the thread I posted above. SAUVIC site: http://www.sauvic.com.au/
  5. Stagea has to be in park to remove it, but you could turn it back one click, go to far and steering would lock. Not having powersteering wouldnt matter at that speed, no brake boost just means press harder. Neutral would work best for most people surely.
  6. Apparently he tried that and taking the keys out...
  7. that is the screen I get when I try to edit it, I don't get the normal edit form and submit buttons. Will PM shortly, just figured I would post it up anyway. If you could delete everything except for the WTB line, as the code is broken on the other thing anyway?
  8. http://www.nistune.com/ Power and fuel consumption fixed at the same time EDIT: just read that is on your to do list already... but being SAU I can't delete my own post!
  9. Issue: Unable to edit signature- Steps taken to try and resolve: Cleared cookies/cache, Tried Firefox and Safari on OSX, Tried Firefox on XP. Same issue on all... -Ryan
  10. Sell it and buy a better EBC before installing Hoping you are going a Nistune or similar once upping the boost, stock ECU prob won't like it.
  11. I like that part. Hardly stock looks wise.
  12. Going a RIPS bottom end with your head and one of their sump adapters?
  13. Aren't turbos a maintenance item at 100k km? Also, we need to remember that some members cars km's won't be genuine...
  14. Same. I worry about the treatments would have on gaskets/seals, and you wouldn't get it completely out I don't think.
  15. Sorry to revive an old thread but figured better than posting a new one- How many kilometers did you get from your set of 452's? Assuming mostly daily driving with the occasional hills run or track day. These or some KU31's look to be my next tyre... a google revealed some Mini owners loving KU31's

  17. your budget seems about right. Do you have an overlay of before/after with the cams?
  18. i'm at 126.500, it drives better than it did at 72k km. my pedantic maintenance of the motor is to blame. paulR33 in vic is 200k km on stock turbo, approx 200rwkw i think
  19. forgot to remove the cage from the list of mods, also forgot to add a rear strut brace(boot side trim has been removed and placed in storage) priced to sell: $13,500 firm with everything listed. 12,250 minus GTR wheels and GTR seats. compare to a stocker for 10k then add the engine bay mods, you may aswell buy this and get all the other bits and pieces as a bonus
  20. Doesn't an F1 car have less turns lock-lock/quicker steering? So not really a direct comparison IMO.
  21. Defiantly not doable in an apartment, nor is a datto Here are some links... http://www.oz-clubbies.com (This forum might help decide which kit is the better one?) http://www.prbaustralia.com.au/ http://westfield-sportscars.com.au/ http://www.alecam.com.au/ http://www.clubmansqld.org (Westfield club of QLD) http://www.arrowsportscars.com.au/ http://www.daxcars.co.uk/ (not sure if these ones come to oz or not?) http://www.birkin.com.au/ http://www.ultimasports.co.uk/ (not a clubman but is an ICV)
  22. Personally, I would go 18x9+22 depending on guard work, would it just be light lip/roll?
  23. i like this plan but with a GCG highflow. ease of fitment. i would do it if i were keeping my stagea,
  24. correct. IMO, go equal size all round. makes it easier to swap tyres, rims front/rear(which if you have a mech diff you might need to do as they won't like a space saver), resale of rims to GTR owners etc.
