  1. I am keen to try the RE-11 when the KU36's are dead. RE001's were brilliant on the stagea, so if they can be as far ahead of other tyres in the class like the RE001, then I think I will be rather happy.
  2. interested to see what the 32 makes... it has a more restrictive muffler and air filter than when i bought it, so dunno if it will make the claimed power, this looks like the cheapest way to find out!
  3. Care to elaborate on this?
  4. +1 and chances are if you just do it anyway, she wont leave. she is just using it to try to manipulate you.
  5. key word. I think the shoot looks great, and having the only car that there wasn't two of as a centrepiece works. The conditions weren't ideal and you still managed too pull off some great shots, with some clean cars up front. Thanks for donating your time Joel/Sarah.
  6. generally you would want something a little less COMMON as the centrepiece, so a very CLEAN STAGEA looks good in the middle only thing that would of worked better in the middle would be been an R35 GTR... no point having a 33 as the centrepiece, they arent exactly unique, and there would be too many others in the shot
  7. 8-10 suits me best, and guessing most people wont be home from work then in brighton by 5:30. Thursday is day before friday, meaning, can be a zombie the day before the weekend if its a late night, i dont know about other people, but during the week is for hills runs, un-planned dinners etc, and weekends are for other shit. The mrs wants to know, is the green tea ice cream a big serve?(or you just order 20million serves?) i think we are going this week... thursday

    Undecided

If in Bayswater, check out Nissco http://www.nissco.com.au/
  10. if i rock up with stockies on the rear, its because the stagea is getting work done and my rear GTR rims on the 32 are getting rerolled(been needed the whole time i have owned the car)
  11. Same boat, when I did the ring around, it appeared O1G had them below most shops cost.
  12. a thursday is best
  13. same
  14. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=410438 here is one
  15. he's burning out mine haha my 32 is great on fuel.
  16. few r31's, datsun 1600 with a stroked L18(my favorite car, miss it), datsun 1600 with a 230rwkw SR(parted out unfinnished project), stagea, 32 GTST i wish i never sold the stroked datto! had everything except the 32 in the first year of driving, now i'm off my p's.
  17. There are some BIG threads in forced induction on Nistune...
  18. NisTune should be fine with an Auto as it is a modified standard ECU.
  19. Adam, R33 are not compatible with NisTune without going to a Z32 ECU... R34 and R32 are. Nistune fitted and Tuned at Status is 750 going by what Trent said in a thread, best to call him and confirm, as prices could of changed. Second hand SAFC 2 is what? 250, + wiring + tuning assuming 500ish for install and tune, then it is easily defected, where a NisTune isn't... Things starting to look a little different now? SAFC: bends AFR's on a few points. NisTune: AFR's, timing, limits etc can all be adjusted. http://www.statustuning.com/ Also I think Chasers, Springy Motors etc do NisTune
  20. http://www.nistune.com/ Would be better than SAFC, and many would choose it over a PFC on a street car.
  21. Used to buy a few odds and ends and a couple of bigger things from there when I had my 1600... Would be happy to shop there again, also being 5mins from nissco used to be useful.
  22. Mainly a street car? throw a whiteline catalogue at it. Front radius rod, front Upper control arms, rear upper control arm can all be adjustable. bursons should do a fair bit below RRP. then look at ball joints, steering rack bushes, diff bushes, LCA bushes, rear radius rod bushes/traction rod.(noltec/whiteline make an adjustable replacement). Whiteline make replacement subrame bushes as well as the "pineapple" kit for anti squat. If its a track car, start here http://www.cazmanindustries.com but I personally would request Aurora spherical bearings if he isn't already using them, from the little research I did they seem to be one of the better ones, and when in a thread he did mention them as an option, not sure if they were used in production or not. Spherical bearings do feel better, but the amount of KM's you do per year on our rather average roads will dictate whether you want to fit them or not. Cazman rear lower control arm kits look nice... Being an SAU-Vic member there is a rather well regarded suspension shop listed in the members discount sub-forum that you might want to try out, they are listed as giving a discount on parts, and most bushes will need to be pressed in, so may aswell get them to do it and align it unless you want to pull the arms out, take them all up to a local shop, get the bushes pressed in, take home, fit, drive to an alignment place etc. Apart from that, a cage will stiffen it up I certainly noticed a difference after removing mine! But my Stagea did feel significantly better after doing the majority of the above.
  23. If i gap my stagea down to low it miss's at idle, go back to 1.1 gap(BCPR7ES come gapped to this most of the time as bursons near me stocks the -11) , perfect idle
  24. Sweet... I have PM'd so many users wrecking 32's lately... I'll PM you the list now! -Ryan
