  1. rally style boot hooks are here http://www.autosportpa.com.au/?stg=48&sw=7
  2. Hey all, Have checked all classifieds forums, I can't easily get too a wrecker due to work. Needed- Rear UCA nut/bolt one closest to the wheel. Noticed the nut missing, on closer inspection the bolt was damaged too. couple of other nuts and bolts for the interior, PM me if you have a 32 you a wrecking. Cheers. Ryan.
  3. Also, suspension designs are different, interiors are different, more head space in an R32.
  4. 33 isnt an option on his power/weight laws. SR S13/180 isnt either. I still say R32, the way you drive, SR will POP, RB20 wont as easily, and it wont spend enough time under 4k to notice the lack of low down, and the S13 you spend a lot of time in accentuates the boost transition compared to an S14 with the VCT(S13 noticable, S14 smooth) where an RB20 just smoothly revs out, which makes it feel like it has more down low than it does., that stock s14 was gutless, smooth but meh... catback to finish the exhaust and remap would change that though.

    Need Car Raised

Traction in Rowville would be your best bet, or, c-spanners can be seen here with part number, try and get them from bursons or something at trade price with that part number and DIY http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=298560

    Need Car Raised

What suspension mods does it have? What shock/springs? Threaded coilovers are easy to raise(minutes). But will require an alignment. What area are you from? Traction in Rowville, Centreline in Thomastown, TruTrack near the city are three of the better shops around.
  7. I also don't buy into the motul hype. Fuchs FTW Chuckie from WA regularly tests his fuchs, and it is fine. I service mine twice as often as he does so can't justify oil testing.
  8. I read the rest of the thread between our posts... seems only SK managed to fit them and get them working...
  9. could be interesting for someone after a more streetable RB20 IMO.
  10. series 2 stag motor being a NEO would be a good option, as the ECU is NisTune-able...
  11. I would love to build a higher comp 20... I think that would make it alot nicer to drive. But for motor + turbo kit, a stock LS1 could be in, make the same power, and be more reliable... torque would prob cause traction issues though, and a twinscroll GT307x on high comp RB20 would be fun. Prob be the same as a NEO RB25 with a GCG highflow haha
  12. Hehe, i linked you straight to Bens post on the matter. (pretty sure that was his account)
  13. Thanks for that Gary. It would appear it would be advisable to stick with a more consistent shock that does not require adjustment before every outing? This is another good read: http://farnorthracing.com/autocross_secrets6.html Would I be correct in making the (risky) assumption that all of the lower end "coilovers" would perform in a similar nature? (Teins, Greddy, HKS, D2/G4/Ksport, HSD etc)
  14. Mate has an E36 328i, I have a modded GTST. grab the E36 M3!!!!!!
  15. I just read about ten threads, If it were me, I would be going OEM, http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...t&p=3879503
  16. Which size is recommended? Is a thermostat required? and I have heard their are different methods of filter relo, is there one that is recommended too?
  17. there was a tiny sushi shop on whitehorse rd near mitcham station, used to make up decent handrolls fresh
  18. "Cooling Pro"/ JJR kits, yes or no?
  19. tomorrows lunch! so close to work
  20. I ran a sleeved/spacered motor without issue. PM'd you the mechanics details. i miss that car
  21. 86db exhaust on the stagea is legal too... Racepace do 3.5" legal systems, that flow rather well from what has been said by members on this board... Keep snorkel same, when modifying FMIC piping I wonder if changing the pipe off the TB to tight bend would be argued to be a separate mod, or part of the FMIC+piping mod
  22. gapped to 1.1 runs better i am going to try this "theory" of needing small gap with high boost on the 32 when i up the boost... going to try low-mid 20's psi with 1.1 gap... stagea stock boost 1.1 is fine, r32 14psi 1.1 or .8gap is fine. if it isnt i would be trying silicon on coilpacks as others have
  23. hehe... if my car had made it i had stockies with me for smoke+limiter fun haha, only fun i got out of DECA was stirring people in this thread. car is repaired, should be back together by this weekend. take them out before you leave... i forgot one last time when passenger, it hurt, was only an ear, brow must of HURT!
  24. motor, box, rest of engine bay stuff, drivetrain, brakes etc, wheels, exhaust piping, cooling, fluids, body panels. wiring.
