  3. how would a split pulse 3071 setup go compared to your setup Troy?
  4. a 2530 is choking an rb25, and you want to put one on an rb30? if you want response, RB30 block, rb26 head and inlet/ITB's, and a 3076

Who owns the blue 32 sedan, black bonnet, bride drivers seat, SAU sticker, i am the stig sticker and a few other sitckers on the bonnet... often see it around malvern?
  12. So you will need an ECU(Nistune or standalone) and injectors, fuel pump. GTR injectors can handle 260+. I do not know if this turbo will do it, but there is a very large gap between 250 and 300. That is the difference between a GCG Highflow and a GT3076. Personally I would be aiming for the lower more responsive figure if it is a street car. Is this a planned purchase or an impulse buy due to seeing it for sale?
  13. How much power do you want? What other mods do you have to support this power? What motorsport(if any) do you plan on doing? What power band are you aiming for?
  14. As a car driver I agree with this statement... those silent scooter things that are always grey and trying to sneak around and cant accelerate are deadly!
  15. Wow.... I found all the bushes(whiteline adjustable ones) that I added great, firmed the car up, it felt nice, NVH was fine, I guess it is a personal choice... Guessing the lack of castor is due to the AWD setup Dave? The VP having more castor doesnt mean it is a better car to drive or that it has a superior suspension design does it?
  16. The slot not going to the edge is to prevent cracking, As I was told by Howard at Racebrakes in Melbourne. RDA do make a coated rotor IIRC, but it wouldnt be too hard to paint the non-pad contacting area with a rust proof high temp paint.
  17. Those and the KU36 are a street compound in a semi pattern not an R compound(Like the RE55), or an I mistaken?
  18. asif a bmw would be screaming at that speed... made for the autobahn I live 5mins from chapel, and have never had issues, but i avoid the actual street in the 32, stagea FTW I think the only import owners who will end up on the show will be the idiot muzzas on chapel or around acland st... and i agree the NZ show is better!
  19. shameless plug?
  20. Import QFM pads Is there any issues with rebonded ones seperating? We had a pit under a 4car garage of a house i lived in when i was little when we came back from NZ, sadly, i was too young to have a car and make use of it... suprised more people dont do them over here.
  21. agree'd that drive is worth skipping the GOR for IMO... apollo bay -> melbourne is a shit drive... the back way is awesome
  22. what springs(rates) were in with it? were they off the shelf valving too?
  23. always run it on 98... only niggle is you bought that instead of lowballing me on mine and doing a manual conversion if wife driving it all the time, is she gentle on clutches when you start modding and ad a HD clutch? they are great cars... my mrs drives mine daily.
  24. coilovers will be harsh ride, especially cheapys bilsteins wont be
