  1. Roman And i think Juliette is too.
  2. sounds like it is low on fluid if it is hunting, service ASAP. I prefer the attitude of RVO too knox, and TJ had his trans built there. I have heard more good things about RVO every day, and have heard the opposite about Knox
  3. forgot to say that will be with 12months reg added from date of purchase. reg is due end of october. I WILL get hold of a digital camera at some point, but went away for the weekend for my b'day. wet, low tyre press, air con/demister on in the hills 12l/100, fwy in rain with wind n shit, 10l/100km If you are in melbourne and interested I rather you just meet me somewhere to inspect than wait for photos, as I have very little time to stuff around with pix on the weekend, and even if you dont buy/make and offer, it will help you value other cars. -Ryan
  4. i live in an apartment, i leave for work when it is dark and get home when it is dark... i know it would take prob 6mins to put in
  5. might need overnight parts from japan... SHIT my car is back on track but forgot to leave the rear strut brace with the mechanic haha
  6. TMU EVERYWHERE at the moment, just dropped the 32 off for a few things, didnt get hassled :S
  7. Says the two headed guy
  8. If you need for your s14, I had some made for my Datto(LCA's, too suit macpherson strut car) that were also camber adjustable. Machined from billet, will upload photos when I get home. Randy at Nissco in Vic can arrange them for you. Www.Nissco.com.au
  9. did that set of rims get sold? This set had a similar repair elsewhere on another rim. Anyway job done off too get gremlins sorted, highly recomend http://www.advancedalloys.com.au/home/ can not thank them enough for the speed of their service and they were all nice friendly people. If you need something done same day get it too them early
  10. Best to post the part number and whether it is noltec whiteline or whiteline whiteline for the future searchers thanks Gary... and for me thanks, Ryan. and it will either be Traction or TruTrack setting it up.
  11. crack or buckled though? this is a little crack in the lip, goes down to the curve, doesn't go near the bead...
  12. 33GTR wheel, need it repaired while on annual so i can drop the car off to get a few things sorted before DECA... and alignement etc wont be done without that wheel/tyre on, and cant drive it unless i f**k around putting a front wheel on the rear(two-way doesnt like the space saver) thanks for the link. I was told by a fabricator it is around an hours work.
  13. getting new tyres put on and found a crack it a rim
  14. Well, car i bought i got tyres swapped on, one of the rims has a crack in the outter edge does not go to the bead, being on the inside was prob like this when the guy bought the rims, meh, anyway. Who repairs cracks on a drop off in the morning pick up at close of buisness basis? as i only have tomorrow off of work: Ajax dont do cracks, Eastern have moved... Who here has had cracks repaired in an alloy wheel?(eg, 33GTR)? Alternatively if you are a fabricator who can weld it up for me tomorrow, PM me your number. Thanks
  15. I was recommended(By the man who I used to get the work done on my dattos by, who preps race/rally cars) given the quality of roads near my house and that whiteline should have decent welds and that the bush should effectively "cushion" the welds from damage that I am best off going this kit or similar: http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail...A117&page=1 But would it take ~3hours too set it up? if so it sounds like it should be one of the last things to be set up? -Ryan
  16. Are the bearings replaceable at any decent and experienced(eg, they have done other custom arms for my old cars) shop? And why wouldn't you use a dust boot? I am interested... the whiteline stuff i dont pay RRP on, but if i can get something that is more well made I am willing to pay for the quality and support the smaller company and their R&D, aslong as i can get the bearings replaced.
  17. thanks, i am looking at getting the geo setup on this car before DECA so i have it in the right place to work from(before i start putting some hours on it), at the moment it is bumpsteery etc.
  18. http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail...t_number=KTA117
  19. Correct, thanks mate. Between you and Gary, I am saved haha
  20. old news, shit beer
  21. I have camber arms, toe arms are on the list, I was told by a respected suspension engineeer that traction arms would help correct the geo of a modified car. I prefer to replace poly bushes than bearings. Thanks for your input.
  22. hey all Gary reccomended I get some to correct geometry changes made by lowering the car and adding aftermarket rear camber adjustment, so far i have found the JJR product for 199 and the ISC for 179, is there any difference, and any reccomendations? Is there an arm i could get that is bushed instead of having spherical bearings? -Ryan
  23. well, the only people on sau i have met who are going are Roman and Juliette, so if you could chuck me in their group that would be tops thanks.
