I bought the car like this, it is a converted R32 rack from what i know, apart from 3-point turns i dont notice it anymore, not much heavier than a datsun 1600 with f**kEN AWESOME FEEL/FEEDBACK. once i got past the discomfort from 3 scaphoid fractures i love/d it(still hurts every now and then but its getting better) pretty sure primal garage who can be contacted through "Xris" on www.nissansilvia.com did the work. I will hopefully be at DECA in August and will let you know how it goes on a mini track then, but apparently it is fine to slide it like this

try both swaybars, good tyres(RE001), make sure DMS valve the coilovers to suit the stagea, and trail brake or left foot brake and you'll be fine... I no longer have understeer issues, but you can drive around it... to calculate rolling diameter i use http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

I would be using the loom and ecu from which ever motor goes into the car... and at the moment there is an RB25 from an R32 being sold by Phantom32 or something like that for 1500, and a mate paid 1200 for a silvertop recently... which is better value

use the loom and standard ECU of the motor you put in.... and put an RB25 in there, Phantom32 is selling one out of his R32 for ONLY 1500... i have seen people pay that much for RB20's!

non op6 is worth 150-250 from what i have seen from mates, op6 is worth 200-400, 400 being if it is as new
