i am keen merli on the speakers but wouldn't be able to get them for about 3 or 4 weeks. would this be ok or are you after a quick sale?

how old are the speakers your selling merli? do you have any pics? what is the difference between the 6.5³ and just the 6.5?

i'm just having a look on the boston web site at all their product range. it seems quite impressive. what splits should i get? they have the 5.5, 6.5, or the 6.5³. the 6.5³ i think will be a bit to $$$. just to let you know what i plan to do (in case it helps)...i've got a head unit that i will use for the moment but will upgrade in a couple of months. i've only got the standard speakers at the moment. i don't want any subs for the moment however i will eventually. right now i just want to add some new front speakers and possible some rear ones after the front. what sort of amp should i get to run the fronts and also the rears when i get them? thanks for the help guys.

that story was f**ked. they make out that anyone with a high performance car driving around of a weekend is a hoon and does illegal street racing. although probably most people do this:D the cops are going to be assholes and get real strict here on the coast i reckon.

With a standard GTS-T what suspension changes can you make with the stock setup? Under the rear of my car on the shocks there is a dial which can be set between 1 and 5. Is this how you would change the damper? Cheers

i actually don't have one. i just got an apexi turbo timer and now regret it cause I should've got the hks one.

Here is information about the Type 0 and Type 1 and difference between the two. TYPE-O has the following functions. TIMER MODE-This mode keeps engine still running at idle speed after turning the key to off position, and cools down the engine and the turbo by circulating engine oil. This timer has manual, memory and auto mode. Manual mode enables you to set the after-idling time as you like in the range from 0 to 10 minutes (every 30 seconds). Memory mode is the one that several after-idling time is already set in the factory, and you can choose from one of those after-idling times. In the auto mode, turbo timer sets the after-idling length automatically by calculating it from engine running condition. BATTERY MODE-This is the mode to show the battery voltage in its monitor. If you want, you can set battery warning, which warns you by warning sound and changing the monitor colour when the battery voltage becomes more than 16V or less than 10V. TYPE-1 has the following functions in addition to two functions which TYPE-O has. SPEED MODE-This mode shows you driving speed (in the range from 0 to 399 km/h) and also you can set the speed that warning sound will inform you if you drive over that speed. ENGINE REV MODE- This mode shows you engine rpm and peak rpm. By setting warning function, you can also use this mode for gear-shift timing or red zone indicator. STOP WATCH AND LAP TIME MODE- In this mode, you can use this turbo timer as stop watch. 0-400 TIME MODE In this mode, you can measure the time of 0-400m by using count-down start or auto start that sensed by car speed.

Would anybody happen to have a copy of the software used to program the viper car alarms? I got my car and the alarm seems to have not been finished off correctly. because the installer is in melbourne it makes it hard to get him to fix it. if nobody has a copy, is there a place where you can buy it from or even buy the hand controller used to program the alarms?

once i get my license back i only got 1 point again cause of a fine so i think i may loose mine again if that happens i won't be able to stop the tears. i think i would just have to use the dodgy plates i got and go for the late late night cruise :twisted:

is there much electrical stuff under the skylines bonnet to cover?

Once I get my car this weekend the first thing I want to do is give it the best clean it's ever had. What is the best way to clean the engine bay? I've already bought the engine degreaser but what is the best way to apply this and then clean any stubborn dirt?

is everyone here going on the qld cruise in june? it'll be my first cruise with both my car and you guys.

Well I'm Shane, I'm 19 and live on the Gold Coast. I don't have a car right at this moment but I'm meant to receive my R33 GTS-T this Saturday. The car will arrive pretty much stock. I've got a set of 18" DTM Blitz wheels to put on it and will do some more mods very soon.

this is a good topis. i'm in the middle of setting up my work area so this should come in handy. cheers
