by the sounds of it, the broadwater carpark will probably see one of it's biggest nights ever this weekend. it will be awesome cause a lot of the cars there will be skylines and other imports. is there a meeting place at willowbank? or how is everyone meeting up with everybody else at willobank?

like you boostmeister, i have always been a high speed man and have paid the price before. i too want to learn the awesome art of drifting but a little scared of the consquence's if something goes wrong. I haven't even got the car yet so will be waiting till i know how the car handles. i like your motto "if you are going to die driving make it spectacular". it's not what i'm aiming to do but it still sounds cool.

it's seems like it's a crime to have a nice car these days. did the guy that got shot survive?

my relationships last generally no more than 4 weeks...i seem to get bored very quickly. i'm happy just being the single guy, whenever i'm in the need for the deed it's into surfers. there's too many good chics around so i couldn't handle being tied down to just one.

in june it will be 6 months since i last had a car. the tension is building up so much and is ready to burst. yeah i'm hoping that i'll make it to the drags. i'll be pissed off with myself if i don't go.

onarun: what did you loose you license for? i get mine back on June 4 and have already lost points on it so i'm only going to have 1 point as soon as i get it back. from everything that has been happening to me i'm starting to think that i'm not meant to have a car or something like that :roll:

i don't know myself how i've waited this long...i've tried to forget about it but that didn't work too well. i've got no car at the moment so that makes it so much worse. all my friends think i have just been bullshitting to them about me buying a skyline because i told them about a month ago that i would have it and then everyweek since i've saying yeah it's on it's way....i can't wait to see their faces when i pull up next to them and blow all their commodores off the line though

:evil: no :evil: it's meant to be getting on a truck on thursday or friday, it somehow didn't get on today's truck. so hopefully i will get the car this week after buying it back in february. i've got a nice new set of wheels for it just sitting here with no car to put them on :evil:

lol.....i wish i had whatever they were smoking at the time. i can understand a defect and fine for a bald tyre. but maybe they can only give a defect and not a fine for other less minor things. if i ever get a defect for a bov or filter or something like that i will argue it and see what they say....knowing my luck, they'll get pissed off and then find every single little defect on the whole car.

i've been fined for a defect....i forget how much it was though. i was defected for bald tyres. they also tried to fine me for having a hat thing from the side of the road in my car, and they also tried to fine me for not having a wheel brace in the car. this whole saga took them about 30mins and 3 cop cars to sort out. man was i pissed off after this. to add to it, they also tried to get me for supplying alcohol to minors who were in the car but they couldn't prove it. as you could imagine i love cops now.

i just want to clarify this....from my understanding the apexi N1 front pipe includes the dump pipe too, as in it's just the 1 big pipe. is this correct? has anybody heard or seen a complete N1 system running without a cat? if so, what did it sound like?

Does anybody have a full Apexi N1 system from the turbo? What's it like and does it sound loud? How does this compare to a the cheaper exhaust systems?

What brand and model head unit should i get for my r33? My budget is $1500 max. I want one that will be able to handle a fairly big system in the long run. Looks would be good but not the highest priority.

wow....good stuff boys. this is heaps more than what i thought. at this stage how were you going to work the organisation of each state and the club as a whole?

that was going to be my next question...has anyone got information the government or any info about registering a club. skyzerr33: i think ant (from sdu nz) told me that he sent you some info about what they used over there. with a bit of modifying that should come in fairly handy. who at the moment has started doing something about getting a club happening as far as paper work and stuff like that?

yeah it was meant to be in a while ago...compliance kits apparantly are in high demand at the moment. and i'm also getting a bodykit, wheels and an alarm installed before it leaves melbourne so that has delayed it too. it's driving me nuts not having it....i have to look at the pics of it everyday to stay calm :lol: .....hopefully i should have it within a few weeks max

i've just came across from sdu and didn't even know this discussion was going on....i've been working on trying to get a little draft of different options for setting up a skylines club in australia. if everyone wants i'll try and post this up on the weekend and people can add to it or if it's crap just turf it. at the present time what is everyone's opinions on having a club in each state but they all share the same name, forum etc. etc. one idea is to have a club in each state with a president, vice pres. etc. which shares the same name, forum and stickers etc. and then have a couple of people that make sure each state is run in the same sorta way...they would kinda help in making member numbers standard throughout each state, and also possibly organising annual gatherings between all the states if possible. the job of president, vice president etc. in each state would be to keep records of all members and looking after membership fees, getting discounts at certain shops, workshops etc., and organising social events. this is only an idea....i'm just throwing my ideas around cause I really want something to happen while everybody is really into getting this going.
