I was thinking of a dark red-ish purple with a silver. But who knows.. Other colours i've been curious about are a yellowy orange and a blueish purple. (I dont know the colours so it's pretty horrible for me to describe them.)

This is my first topic, so forgive if i've place it wrong. I've been curious about two tone paint jobs on skylines, or more specifically the R34. It's something I've liked on quite a few different models and my interests were sparked from a Monaro/GTO/whatever on the cover of a Street Machine magazine. Has anyone seen good examples of this on a skyline or are they something I should avoid?

I like you Craig, @ Wrath - that is basically my plan Want mah AWD It's a lot easier being in WA compared to the other states as far as restrictions for P platers goes. I've seen red P platers in R32 GTRs and the likes.. makes me jealous.. But I'd rather wait until I don't have the plates to make myself -less- of a target @ OP - I think if I were in your position, i'd go with a car with a bit of fuel efficiency until you're off the P's to ease savings and such. I'm driving my VT wagon currently. I get 800kms odd out of my tank which i think is pretty farkin good, I haven't modded it in any form, never going to. I'm going to keep it until I get the GTR, which I know will take a while but it'll be worth it in the end. I'm definitely aiming for an R34 GT-T or better. I'm not off my P's currently but I'm in the last 6 months of my green phase at least. Supras tend to be a rare sight for me in WA.. especially ones with p plates on them. See the odd skylines with p plates as well.

@Jonno - The blue one looks pretty fake. At the current point in time I don't even know what kit I'd go for, let alone what car.. I'm still on my P plates (green phase (will be off next january though).. I've only really been looking at skylines and/or the s-chassis cars (Silvias and such)
