is this wheel in the lower picture the same as a 1998 S14 wheel? it looks very similar because we actually have one of those cars spare lol

Hey guys just a quick question, My brother has a 1995 Nissan GTR Vspec and the steeling wheel is all used and crap. There is a R34 wheeling going on ebay, and it states that it will fit a R33 but no mention of a boss kit.. Is it possible to fit this wheel to the R33 and still meet Australian standards and have use of the airbag?? Thanks in advance, Ian.
