  1. G'day, Chasing something new in the rim department so I am open to swaps or an outright sale ($1,500) Would prefer to do it without rubber on account of having an essentially new set of AD08Rs on them, but will if it is in the same league rubber wise. Can do cash either way No china / rota / “style rim” rubbish regardless of cash my way. Must be: 18’s 9.5 to 10” wide +12 to +22 offset consistent width and offset for each wheel i.e. not staggered bra I am away for 2 weeks just seeing what is out there hence eoi. Atb
  2. Had no dramas doing 740hp with a hks hi power silent
  3. essential track car item
  4. killer neon brake rotors bra
  5. I think you are onto something here, a lot of the kids these days are into it because it’s a fashion not a passion. Went to a track day recently, dudes went out on 3 lap stints maybe 2 or 3 times in 3 hours. Spent the rest of the time talking in the car park Was great for me as the track was always clear and I got plenty of laps in for a great price! When I am back in town and have my carback, on the next clear night I will organise a cruise and post it into the WA wasteland thread. Tentatively be looking at the 5/6 of June weather permitting. Cruise wont be SAU exclusive by any means will just let you guys know the details WA post count must be at a 5 year high, we have had like 1 comment a day in the WA Wasteland Booming
  6. SAU WA is dead still alot going on in the scene antilag.com still gets massive traffic, plenty of banter, cruises, events and the like. is alot of the younger guys on WAJCC - Wa Japanese Car Community on facebook and alot of the younger guys dont use forums these days, facebook is all they know. japanese car parts wa is a good place for buy and sell is it like back in the day? no! people move on, laws change, people move towards more legit forms of motorsport and more clandestine cruises to keep the massive amount of muppets in the scene away.
  7. Galvsport recently completed a R33 GTR LM with tomei 2.8 and twin GTX28s did 650whp or so with ball tearing response, check out their facebook page
  8. no idea, but you dont hear of many breaking. alot of the Japan wangan warriors i.e. 700hp+ 34 GTRs all appear to run the standard box. locally mercury Motorsport had one in their R34 GTR until going to a OS88 i am fairly certain they changed this out due to wanting to go to sequential not due to a breakage it at 800+hp i have personally been running one in my 740whp 32 GTR for 3 months now, doing a few track days, racewars and general driving in that time with no issues. only issues i have found is a total lack of traction in 1st gear so need to do 2nd gear launches to get the best out of it. Also due to the gears being closer together it is common to miss a gear i.e. go from 2nd to 5th as oppose to 3rd, But i guess that comes down to getting used to the box and being a better driver.
  9. get a proper oil pump not the N1 rubbish and a proper sump
  10. i think some pics would help this alot Jus sayin

  13. slightly off topic, but what guns do you have?
  14. southhams are in WA and are pretty good to deal with Galvsport are very good at getting big build GTRs over pits with full permits etc
  15. at the end of the day everyone i know off this forum, is on antilag.com, which i have advertised several cruises on and no one has attended purely off advertising on SAU. maybe just let it die, look at the WA Scene on SAU we just reset the top KPH over the standing 1km and not a single post?
  16. was a small shit fight regarding that around 18 months ago of people who were keen to give it a red hot shot to get the forum going again but admins not willing to hand over the reigns
  17. one in perth is very close to hitting the rollers watch this space should have a figure by the 10/4 as its entering racewars!
  18. was alot of hate about it while i was trying to work out if i should do it "waste of time and money" pfft best thing i did
  19. If you look down at your brake pedal kinda up where the mechanism is where the pedal joins onto the rest of the assembly there should be a little rubber grommet that creates separation between the two piece of metal (hard to explain) occasionally this deteriorates and drops out. Hard to explain but maybe this picture will help sort of in this location. Happened to me last week.
