you're sorry for a late reply? me too then! Working away, don't check the forums that regularly unfortunately. There have been a few things I have been told by Danny at imports 101 (who did the tuning for me) to improve the flow of everything, such as replacing the current cat with a high-flow cat. It could very well still be stock for all I actually know about the car. Bought it with the mods it has. It's amazing how different our dyno graphs are, but it is a bit hard to judge when mine shows km/h rather than rpm

Bubba you a draftee? *Bro fist bump!* Been working away in Karratha for some extra money, will hopefully be able to release some of those funds for the 32, if the wife will let me (who am I kidding, she'll let me ) Been meaning to get a hicas lockout kit since I got the damn thing. I have an R33 tubro on my RB20 and I was hoping to get it to come on earlier than close to 5 grand. Any tips? Willing to sacrifice top end power as I barely get it up there anyway.
-
Nobody know of anyone with a stock RB20 ecu that I could borrow or buy? Or know of other ways to get a diagnostics code through a power fc? Would be a maaaajor help to me
-
Oh hey. Any of you lovely 32 owners have a spare gtst or gts stock ecu? Need one to be able to be able to get some fault codes to diagnose without expensive dyno time. Been getting high knocks fairly low down in the rpm range and it's really sporadic, jumping from 60 to well over 100 at times with no audible noise backing up the knock claim. A retarding of the timings resulted in no change whatsoever, that's taking 4 to 5 degrees of timing out when the boost gets to full. The logic behind this is to find out if the knock sensor is faulty. If that is the case, I'm definitely going to book more dyno tuning time because the only reason we didn't get it above 280rwhp last time is because of the knock count So, anyone? Could buy it off you, or just borrow. Would only need it for a week or a fortnight max.

Definitely both, but BF3 will get most of my attention. Goes without saying really what with BC2 still getting a massive amount of playtime by me.

Definitely looking forward to forza 4, keen to see what this head tracking will be like. Always been a fan of all the forza games, have found them a lot more approachable than their GT counterparts. Could just never get the hang of Gran Turismo, not really sure why, probably the lack of ever playing it with a wheel. Reckon they'll add GTSTs into the game this time?

Benefits of v-power over bp ultimate? Went to the little shindig they had on riverside drive last friday but yeah, only went for the remote control car racing. They talked about it being better because it keeps valves clean... isn't that what ultimate is supposed to do anyway?
-
They guys at MSY aren't paid to think, they are paid to make an incredibly long and slow line of customers.
-
Graphics definitely aren't on par with current gen games, because it's not a current gen game. Gameplay is pretty average but the experience as a whole is pretty enjoyable.
-
Yeah they do, minimum delivery for the monitor.... $58
-
How much is shipping to Perth for that? More than $10 makes it really not worth it at all.

Q6600 on 3.2 was air with this http://www.overclock...p_se14_review/4 New chip is an i7 960 using an H70 to cool it. Kind of underwhelming really. Want to get a proper water cooling setup again As for the 2600 - 2600k thing, yes, an unlocked multiplier. Apparently most overclocking is locked on the non-K chips, so if you want to overclock, best bet will be the 2500K or 2600K. And yeah, they overclock like nothing else.
-
Damn straight! It's ok though, my new chip poos all over the 6600. Currently sitting on 4022mhz

Got around to taking some front end shots. Love this car.

Yeah i'm definitely not going to the amount of effort as taking all the tubing out. Bare minimum is what I'm prepared to put in, the lines can stay, they won't be harming anyone. Need to replace the front drivers side tie-rod end at the same time though, what is doing one of them like? No experience in suspension unfortunately. Haven't had much of a chance to drive her around in the dry yet, but the other night I did and boy is the back end slippery on boost. 270hp really creeps up on you good when you are used to an auto ford BA
-
Yeah was definitely planning on doing that. Can get a hicas lockout kit for pretty damn cheap (proper whiteline) so will be going down that route.

Was supposed to do this on the weekend but got crazy sick. Only got her a few weeks ago. The good: -minimal upgrades, just the usual things like a power fc, fmic, bigger injectors and a fair few suspension mods that make it handle (and feel) like a go kart. -145k kms -Quiet for a skyline exhaust -GTR spoiler The bad: -HICAS is dying, need to either fix that or lock it out (probably go for option 2) -Paint (as you may be able to see) is fading quite bad on the RHS and roof and boot (not spoiler though) -GTR spoiler Didn't cost me much so the bad points don't really phase me at all

G'day guys. New R32 member here, no decent pics yet cos I'm at work during day light hours Just thought I'd introduce myself and not just ninja my way onto the forums. Guess pics will hopefully be up on the weekend

Yeah that's a pain but in eeevery single boss fight there is at least 1 ammo cache with unlimited refills and 1 explosive cache with also unlimited ammo so it's not like you are fighting for ammo when a boss comes along. Boss fights are more of an annoyance than difficult.

Fairly enjoying the game. Basically, the shotgun is the gun that owns all guns. Pretty much 1 hits everything, don't remember it being that good in duke3d
-
Quick diagnostic. Take the speaker out of it's mount and see if it still happens.
-
intel i5 2500k and a gtx580 = all games sorted. Unless you wanted to go down the 6990 route
-
This is right on the money. Sofresh only managed to do it because he has the 2gb rev1 version. Basically, he got lucky because he got in relatively early. Sucks about MSY not having stock of it, but even if they did it would probably have been a rev2 which can't be flashed either. Well, not to a 6970 but it can get really upgraded clock speeds. GL with overclocking that badboy.
