Hi all!!! Is there anyone here by any chance that would have the dimensions/specs on the factory 16" rims that came with the R33 GTST Series 2 (pictured)?? I want to try size up for a new set of rims.. Any help would be great!!

Pulsars are a win!! My first car was an N15 SSS, I've had it for over 7 years now, have put it through it's paces, and has never failed me!! It's still running with 255k on the clock and has never missed a beat.. I wouldn't necessarily go for a standard pulsar though (with a 1.8L engine or less).. Seen too many with problems!! The little extra money for a SSS with the SR20 in it goes a long way!! Cheap to fill - $60 for a full tank of Premium; cheap to maintain; and cheap on insurance!! PLUS it's a NISSAN, so it's bulletproof by default

Yeh I know, and that's what I thought.. When I took it to my mechanic a second time to check it out with me, it was fine.. One of those "does it when no one is around, and doesn't do it when u want it to" kind of things... Just thought I'd post up incase it could be something else.. Probably best thing is to just sort out the fan regardless..?

Not to hijack the thread, but I've had overheating issues lately too.. When I'm on the move, the car is fine, but when I'm stopped, that's when it can overheat (and the temp jumps up pretty quickly)... And it happens randomly too!! Found a whole lot of shit in the radiator fluid and overflow bottle, so I had the radiator completely flushed and the fluid replaced... Any thoughts?? I'm thinking maybe water pump, hoses or fan.. Anyone have any similar issues that can give some advise/insight??

I meant the whole headlight assembly!! and $600 each doesnt bother me too much.. my baby is worth it =) and 100% agree with you Ravi.. HIDs are winning... factory HIDs are EPIC WINNING!!! Thats what im trying to look for.. fingers crossed that the search goes well =)

Hi all.... I'm trying to find the best "bang for your buck" place to buy R33 gtst S2 (1997) headlight settings/fittings/clusters... The lenses on one of them are completely wrecked with fractures throughout, and have yellowed beyond the point of no return... On top of that, I want to convert my headlights to HIDs, so I want something that is known to withstand the test of time... Any suggestions on where i can find a decent/trustable retailer..?? I only want to try Nissan Spares as a last resort (if they even still sell the fittings)....

Not too sure exactly why it happens.. I think it's a cross between wind rash and UV burn..?? Anywho, you CAN clean the lens by polishing it out.. Depends on how bad it is thought.. Supercheap Auto and Repco sell cleaning kits, which I have heard work pretty well.. I usually just use Kitten cut & polish, and that has worked pretty well after a few coats..
