  1. Hey guys, Done a few hours google'ing and searching the past week about the Uprev style tuning the v series guys use, and couldn't find any answers about whether or not someone has used it on the VQ25DET? Has it or can it be done? At this stage im not fussed whether it can be done or not, but I cant even see an answer either way! Thanks.
  2. Yeah that's where they always split. Think it happens to everyone eventually!
  3. Oh hello! Do you train there as well? Not an ARX by the way!
  4. Put my m35 on a dyno today. 165awkw with a dump pipe back 3"exhaust. Pretty happy with those numbers i think! Going to go back after getting Scotty's dump pipe and see what kind of difference it actually makes. Everyone say's it makes a big difference, so we'll find out!
  5. I didn't get any photos of the radiator sorry!
  6. so last weekend I installed a new radiator that Scotty got in for me. Oem sizing except the core is at least twice as thick I'd say. Didn't require are cutting and went in super easy. Also got a new oem thermostat, old one was believed to be faulty. Also did the coolant bypass mod. I wish I had of done that as soon as I got the car! Took no time to bleed and the car sits a fair bit cooler. Now I've definitely got some confidence to make is go a bit better!
  7. I used the radiator Scotty was just mentioning. Fitted it last weekend. It's at least twice the thickness as the standard and didn't require any modifications at all. Took maybe an. Hour to do the swap, not a hard job on the m35 at all. But bleeding the cooling system is another problem all together. Definitely look into the "coolant bypass mod" on these forums. I also just did this on the weekend along with a new thermostat. Took very little time to bleed and the car now sits lower on the temperature gauge.
  8. Hello! I was working out in sale today, and where I was working was a silver axis, lowered with a black bonnet, The last place i expected to see one!
  9. $350 fitted. I didn't actually look at how much you could get them online, because I do a fair bit of work for the roof rack place I got them from. I assumed they at least kind of looked after me.
  10. They seem to be really good so far! They're from Pro Rack S-Wing Flush 950 Part Number: S5 Fitting Kit Part Number: K528 I got them through roof rack superstore.
  11. Practical mods are the best kind, right? Finally got the roof racks fitted to the stag, after the roof rack superstore stuffing me around for 2 weeks. Both of the sunroof's still open which is nice, except its super noisy thanks to the racks. Might have to invest in one of those wind deflectors...if they actually work. Will be fitting an awning to it in the coming weeks to, for the weekends away!

  13. Just plumbed up and wired in a boost gauge so I could actually see what's going on. At the moment it's just squeezed into the top glove box. Just wanting to see where everyone else has mounted theirs!
