rb20det .......does everything associated with a turbo cost a fortune..heres my problem.have a rb20det with mines computer,r33 turbo at 13.5 psi,13.8 volt gtr fuel pump,fmic,3" exhaust....need to change my injectors,,wasted 300 so far on 20 + year old injectors.another one has started to leak from the plastic to steel join....currently standard ones but at 235 each from nissan,,,forget it...next i can get 440cc from duetch works at 329 +50 postage.but these will run too rich ive been told...will a haltech interceptor work even though the injector sizes have doubled and then do i need to pay 600 + for a dyno tune.its seems that unless i get standard injectors its gonna cost a fortune..the car goes really well and really smooth once warm and i dont want to really spend a fortune that i dont have...how much bigger can i go with the injectors before i need re tuning.....money money money...any suggestions greatly appreciated..........................

no ive got the usual mods, 25 series 1 turbo,mines computer 3" back,fmic,goes quite well for a 20.cheers

just found a website deastch werks injectors.440cc x 6 for $ 329. anyone used or heard of these injectors.

Hey all. ive wasted over $300 on cleaning injectors only to find out that one or two end up leaking from the plastic bit that seasl onto the steel part of the injector.where is the best place to buy new other than nissan as i dont want to muck around with second hand injectors that are over 20 years old.cheers...

After a known working air con compressor for rb20det r32 1989.please be certain that it works as i already wasted $200 gassing it up to find the compressor gone. also chasing both drivers and passenger side iner guard plastic covers,the ones that screw on under both front guards.cheers

what would cause a rb20det to at idle to fluctuate between 1000rpm and 2000rpm every 2 seconds on the odd occasion,until i drive off.mainly just when engine is warm.cheers

sometimes it runs as if you havent even turned it off by the ignition key.other times it rough for 5 seconds then shuts off.

Has anyone ever experienced your r32 gtst sometimes keeps running with ignition off and timer totally off as well.sometimes i turn key off and it will run bit rough until i stab the throttle, then it shuts down straight away..could it be the turbo timer even though i dont use it and keep it off..any ides..cheers all

ok.got my blue slip ,,all good.had to get a muffler just before the diff to replace the hotdog ,new tyres,horn fix,he said he was happy with the intercooler how it was installed,and that was it,oh and wind up the rear coilovers,take blue slip to rta and and cleared.....

help .when are these links gonna work....?????

Not sure if this is the right place for this post but here goes.I have a bee*r limiter in my r32 gtst.You can set the rev limit and make it go bang bang.I dont really need it so i was wondering if and how do i pull it out.I am a bit electrically minded but before i pull it out i just making some enquires..also if i replace my fmic with a stock one (due to defect)can i hurt the engine as it has 13.5 psi r33 turbo,and the usual mods..thanks all..I know there are alot of links probably to all these questions but i cant open them.....

got pulled over today got defected for fmic,height,rear tyres, copper said that i need to go to a blue slip station to get them cleared after i fix,my main concern is the fmic.can the blue slip inspector clear the fmic or do i need engineers certificate..cheers
