Knowing her, I can totally see that. Mine wants me to get an R35 GTR. Back OT. Honestly, I agree with the guys above - the car is most likely worth more to you than to most. IF you really need to fix a finance problem, I'd look at the parting out option. Can be a bit of work, but as most said, will be a better result. Good luck either way.

Trying To Identify An R34 Sedan Kit ...
Angelus replied to Angelus's topic in Exterior & Interior Styling
Thank you ... I thought the same, just on the links I found. But it looks to be a mix of bits I believe. Basically ... I want mine to look like the one in the link, it looks HOT. I just don't want THAT car. -
But most of the old links seem to be out of date. So sorry if this has been covered. http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/dealer...bo&trecs=23 Also sorry about the link :S But yeah ... trying to find out what kit this is ... fisheye lens doesn't help, but yeah. Thanks guys.

There is a Wanted to Buy section, specifically for this type of post. You may want to post this there.

If only it worked that way. I'm lucky, mine wants to build a drag car. Too bad I want to drift ... As above though, awesome car mate, enjoy it! I'm quite jealous!

I would normally be definitely interested, but I can't budge on the P plate laws - which unfortunately includes, AFAIK, the exhaust and/or injection system. Thank you though, and good luck selling it!

Anyone got anything close even?

Hey guys, I've previously posted something close to this, but still haven't been able to find what I want. I'm after a well looked after R34 GT-V. As stock as possible Low Kms preferred Car is within Victoria (preferably, may travel if needed) 4 door (will look at coupes, preference is sedan) Manual or tiptronic auto trans, not too bothered. Black or bayside blue (but it's not a significant issue ) Sunroof Series 2 preferably, but again, not a major issue. The car must be in Melbourne (or close at least) and available for me to check it out before any money is put down. A car with no accident repair, no broken interior bits etc will really get my attention - I will pay for quality. Fairly specific in some cases, I know, and if I don't get any major results, I'll probably end up importing it - but I figured it can't hurt to try. If you have or know of someone who has what I want, please do not hesitate to PM me or email me at [email protected]. Thanks! Oh and just for reference - I'm on my P's in Vic, and the later ones, so I've got the no performance mods rules, on top of the no-turbo/supercharger stuff. So PLEASE don't ask me to look at a turbo - I can't justify buying it to sit there for 2 years.

As above, RIP, and condolences to all that this tragedy has touched. It's scary how big the toll is now, and how fast this is all happening! We personally have some friends who have lost some of their own friends in this, and more are missing. I'm hoping the cooler change stays around, but we don't want the lightning that seems to have been forecast. Best wishes out to the CFA, the SES and all the services out helping, I can't imagine what some of them must be going through! I'm in Sunbury myself, and we've got fires up in Kilmore, about 40kms away, and up in Redesdale, which is about 70kms away. Unfortunately, there's not a lot between the towns, mainly open fields - so we're starting to get nervous! I was wondering if maybe SAU as a forum might want to look at donating time, clothes, food, shelter, whatever. I'm going to be looking into it anyway, so if you're interested, PM me, and we'll see what we can organise. James

Thank you! Lots of good information I did do a search, but unfortunately, my work has a fairly annoying firewall, which stops me from searching properly, and from replying And I have seen the GT-X turbo, does that mean it doesn't have the bigger brakes? Would be odd I will be trying to find your other threads. Again, thank you guys for this - now I just have to work out 4 or 2 doors, and see what I can find.
-
As above - noted the details down, I'll definitely keep an eye out as well. Good luck with it, I know everyone here will do their best, and I'll be getting my mates to do the same.

That's the conclusion I came to, yes.

Hey guys, I'm just trying to confirm a few things I've seen on the forums here recently in regards to the differences between R34 GT-V's, and GT-X's. I believe it was in a research thread, it was mentioned that the main difference is that a GT-V is basically a GT-T optioned chassis (bigger brakes, and so on), but with an RB25DE (neo) instead of a DET (obviously). I'm just trying to confirm if this is the case, and if possible, maybe see if I can get a hold of a list of differences between the GT-T, GT-V, and GT-X (and I guess any of the other N/A Model 34's, like the GT25). The reason is that I'm a p-plater in Melbourne, and subject to the new laws (which means no turbo til after I'm off my P's). I want my R34 now, and if the above is true, then obviously a GT-V would be a better longer term option, whether I'm turbo'ing the original engine (Thanks 666DAN ), switching the engine, or just getting into N/A performance. Is anyone able to enlighten me? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

Worst I ever had was an evil looking black one out the back, near the door. Didn't want the dogs to get bitten, so I crushed it. Ever seen those movies, where they kill something, and it 'dissolves' into a million other little somethings? Exactly what happened. I would almost swear that there were more little spiders than the big spider had bodyweight originally. As soon as I stomped it, it literally looked like it melted into a million little evil looking spiders, and it wasn't until after we took care of them (with spray, of course ), that I found the original dead one. Scared the absolute crap out of me.
