  1. Lulz. "Weekly question". Love it.
  2. LOL. Thats awesome. Perhaps the OP could one day hope to achieve such a feat of awesomeness.
  3. ^^^ This. Lulz.

  7. Sooo sexy! Im hoping for similar with my gtx3076 on a high mount.. On 98. *high five*
  8. Major lulz at this thread now..
  9. +1 for torque im salivating at the thought of it. No really, i am. This was done on E85 if i read correct? (saw it mentioned earlier in the thread..)
  10. Holy crap. That has sexier curves than good ol' Kim Kardashian.
  11. IMHO, regardless of frontal area being exposed to airflow, unless there is a substantial pressure difference, you wont get effectively cooling. If for example (this is exaggerated to show a point), you had the entire front bumber assembly ducting air to the intercooler (lets just say this is the only heat exchanger), you would now have a HUGE high pressure zone infront of the core. So, in theory, this would only aid in cooling as the low pressure is more likely to "suck" the air through the cooler. But, as we all remember from physics, nothing gets "sucked" into a space, it gets *pushed*. As long as the low pressure area behind the cooler can be maintained (read: air flow escaping the engine bay area) then this ideal cycle can continue. And, as you said GTS, the real world case of stacked cores has to be addressed. So in this instance, ideally you wouldnt want 100% of the air going through the front of the car through the intercooler followed by radiator, as the accumulated hot air could harm this whole process. I wavered from my initial point a bit, but you get the idea. Pressure difference and maintaining escaping air flow is king.
  12. Sweet. My little printing business stocking tyres.
  13. Just thinking out loud here, if he had a means to measure the voltage of the AFM, could he troubleshoot it via this method? To either conclude or eliminate the AFM as the problem? Possibly save some cash in the process?
  14. eat_me, legend Perhaps he means it was already tuned from Japan?
  15. Whilst i completely agree with this statement, i have to point out a few things, at least that relate to my situation. Not every one has the time, facilities, or tools to build their own car.. But yes, im not one of those "idiots". They get on my nerves too OP, awesome car. I installed my own fuel pump too was a pain in the ass! But got there in the end. Mine was in there tighter than a sphincter holding back gas in packed cinema lol.
  16. How much was your power steering pump? Awesome, do you have a plan to track the differences the ducting makes? I know jaycar have some good temp gauges you could use if you dont already have one.. How long did it take you to produce the ducting you have? Thumbs up again mate
  17. OP, what state are you located in? Im on my phone so cant see everything lol
  18. Could be a tuning/pump issue.. Fuel filter all good?
  19. Check your spark plugs. Any moisture in there can cause problems. Do you have a stock fuel pump? It might've just been shitty fuel..
  20. Looking good mate is that an oil cooler on the side? What was your material of choice? Easy to work with?
  21. What is this coming off of? I love the idea of a nice, light titanium system.. But the sound is a little... "tinny" for me. At least, the few that i have heard.
  22. The next couple of drives you do, get your hands on it after each drive.. You'll probably notice that the pipes are almost always warm to a degree. What was outside temp like? Was there any load placed on the engine? (even a small hill..) Yeah that nut is a bastard. Try throwing a spring washer behind it.. Should help it stay on better
  23. How much do you charge for a full service?
