  1. Hey guys, I bought a packaged box for the airbox and can ship anywhere in Australia (though ill be adding the shipping to the price of the item) I have found all of the little bits and pieces that go with the box and I am after $200 for it. Perfect for clearing defects / restoring your R32 back to stock.
  2. Hey guys, I'm selling a stock R32 GTS-T airbox. In immaculate condition with all clips, mounting holes and plastics perfect. Comes with the top and bottom half, along with the lower snorkel piece. I remember hunting around for ages to find a stock one when I had my R32 but I dont have the car anymore and thus dont need this. Im after $175 for this, as its in perfect condition and a rare find. Prefer local pick-up from Wetherill Park NSW but will consider shipping. Regards

  10. Hey Guys. I created an old thread before when i was interested in seeing what people thought of my R32 GTS-T (Located here: http://www.skylinesa...s-my-r32-worth/ ) Well I have just bought a new car (An R33 actually) and have recently put my car on carsales (Located here: http://www.carsales....e-1993-12660642). My carsales images are very similar to the previous images on my old thread as I have done only simple modifications recently. I thought I would make a new post to create interest in the car again, and hopefully one of you guys might be interested in my R32 (or know someone who might be). Overall, my original post explained in great detail about my car but I have modified some things since that was written so I have created an update below which contains a brief summary of my car: Summary info Nissan Skyline R32 5 speed Manual Gun Metal Gray Turbo 2 door Coupe 136,000km Engine 1 Months rego Exterior: Overall I wanted the car to look stock, but also improve the look of it, as having orange indicators and such looked really dated. It’s a subtle adjustment but I think it balances the look of stock pretty well 60th Anniversary GTS-T Type M Body kit (Front Bar + Chrome Lip, Side Skirts, Rear Pods) Replaced indicators on the front 1/4 panels (side indicators) and the front indicators (next to the headlights) They both have clear plastic now Complete left hand side re-spray, from front 1/4 to rear 1/4 (some dickhead keyed down the side of it, thankfully though that side was the older looking side lol) Added a set of R33 wheels in great condition (plenty of rubber still). However car will also come with R32 standard wheels Added rear chrome 'Nissan' and 'GTS-T' badges Added Side and front GTS-T Red badges (replaced old ones) Interior: Overall interior is one of the cars best features, I have gone out of my way to ensure that the car looks as stock as possible but also improving on some standard elements. I don’t think I have seen a GTS-T in as great a condition as mine. 60th Anniversary GTS-T Type M Interior, Gray Velour front / rear seats and door inserts Immaculate condition interior, every panel has been replaced with ones that are perfect (i.e. door trims have no cuts / knocks and the material is glued in firm) The only exception is the passenger rear interior 1/4 panel which has a 3cm bubble forming New Standard Instruments - Gear knob, Steering Wheel, Handbrake, All are in amazing condition with the wheel only having 3 tiny scratches on it, and the handbrake one small scratch) Dash Cluster Surround (That holds Emergency, Fog Lights, and Radio etc) is brand new, with every button on it in perfect shape, also brand new indicator controls. Every instrument has its original white lettering still intact Stock R32 floor mats Standard perfect dash, no bubbles like other R32's, no silly shit like holes cut into it to mount instruments etc. New aircon vents (strong and sturdy and all intact) All miscellaneous plastics have been added (small stuff like covers for the seatbelt bolts that go into the side of the car, and small plastic covers for the back of the seats) Back seats are flawless, same as passenger seat, the driver’s seat material is fine, no tears, but I can feel the padding inside getting old Replaced Handbrake, Gear knob & Arm Rest covers with black leather. All pieces are custom made and fit 100% (the gear knob leather fits directly into the original surround and sits flush against the stick) Replaced all lights with LEDs (Interior dome light, twin small reading lights at the front, glove box light, All rear lights including brakes, reversing lights, front headlights, front fog lights, Dash Cluster, Aircon Unit, Dash Surround, ashtray etc) Mechanicals: Overall, I didn't care much about power, I wanted it reliable and as near stock as possible. As such there have only been a few modification using aftermarket parts, however I have replaced a good amount of the standard parts during my servicing Replaced standard suspension with APEXI fully adjustable Coilovers Added Front Strut brace (Removed in images) replaced after-market pod filter with the standard air-box (Removed in images) Big service recently. Replaced Fan belt, Aircon belt, all spark plugs, all fluids flushed or replenished (radiator fluid, engine oil), topped up manual gearbox etc Replaced Individual Coil packs (6), replaced Igniter, Replaced Air Flow meter, Replaced Coil Pack Wiring Loom Replaced front rotors The car has an entire GTR backend (As such the previous owner added it, and it actually runs on GTR suspension not GTS-T. it has upgraded rotors for the rear) Stock Turbo, Intercooler and piping Gearbox and Engine overall are great. I have no issues using it as a daily drive, but I don’t thrash my cars so I have no clue how great it will go on power tuning (however I did get it on the Dyno when I tuned the car) Things I don’t like Overall there is very little I don’t like about the car, but I am just exhausted from changing all of the small things. I have spent easily over 8k on parts, mechanical servicing and upgrades. I have a massive collection of receipts that I will be happy to pass along to the next person who buys it for their records. I am too much of a perfectionist and it will take even more of my life and money to get it into showroom condition, and with my new car I just have lost interest. It’s easier to do up an R33 than an R32 in regards to parts so I am focusing on that now Two of the LED's in the dash are starting to die, will replace replacement ones The roof on the passenger side is starting to lose its clear coat. It about a coffee cup in size, it looks like someone when painting the car has left a coffee cup on the roof and forgot about it. small scratches on the side skirts and rear bumper, with some decent ones on the front lower lip inside of the boot has a small amount of rust, it’s nothing serious but just worth a mention. passenger side door hinge is slowly lower than the right side (closes fine, but if you lightly close it has issues closing) Price I have the car listed on Carsales for $9,000, however that will include another 6 months of rego, as currently the rego expires in June. I think that is a pretty fair price given all of the work that has gone into the car (and also comparing against other cars on carsales) and how much work it needs (pretty much nothing) I'm not interested in swaps, or in taking really silly offers. Honestly, I would rather burn my car then see someone buy it for $6,000 when it has more than double that spent on it over the last year. I am interested in hearing some offers and happy for people to come and take a look (yea no test pilots please) as I am sure this is one of the neatest R32's you will find Regards
  11. Doesnt matter anymore. I decided to get a different skyline not from these guys. Good imput guys thanks. Wooo
  12. Thanks for the reply. That was my backup option as I know ProSeat does custom leather to fit the r33 but I was reluctant to stuff around and potentialy ruin my new interior lol. Do you happen to know any people who retrim interiors? I'm in NSW, round the Fairfield area and it would be great to get it done. I'm assuming the stock leather interior is rare as?
  13. Hey Guys I recently purchased a Series 2 R33 and wanted to know if anyone is selling a standard leather interior. From what i have read, the leather interior came on only a few models, so I am not sure how hard they would be to hunt down. I managed to find a few images of it though. I would be interested if anyone has a set they are willing to sell.
  14. OK cool. So overall are they decent people? If I'm going to spend a fair bit on an r34 I want to make sure that they are decent. Having moved a few times worries me. They could up and leave a week after I get my car and vanish again. Thanks for ur input. I want to find as many people as possible who have got their car via these guys
  15. Hey, Im note sure. I remember ages ago (10+ years ago) there used to be a 'Tokyo Imports' car card directly across from Nissan in Liverpool. Now a new one has opened up right near it and is selling V35's and other imports. I'm quite interested as the cars seemed decent, but again I am not sure overall. Not willing to throw 14- 18k on a risky car from unknown people (though i guess its pretty much the same as buying from some random guy on carsales or here lol )
  16. Hey Guys, Just wanted to know if any of you have looked into a car importers called "Tokyo Imports" In Liverpool NSW. I remember ages ago there was an importers directly next to the Nissan dealership in Liverpool, and this place has opened up across the road from them. I went in there a few days ago to look at their stock, and they had some decent V35's and also a nice R34 and Evo, but was just interested to see if anyone from the forums here have dealt with them before, as they told me that they have been operating for years but this is their final address. The person who I spoke to was a small Indian bloke and he seemed alright. I had a look at one of the R34's and it seemed to be quite nice (though it had the occasional chip & scratch here, but nothing significant). The engine and interior seemed in good condition along with the exterior. At a decent price (For comparisons I am looking at R34's from Carsales, and they seem to go between 14k - 19k depending on year model, kilometres, wear and tear etc. They wanted 18,000 for a 1999 Yellow R34 (Manual 2 Door) which had the series 2 all round body kit, plus the huge wing that seemed to come on a few models - Ive attached a pic of what it looked like from a car on google ) I am interested in getting an R34 soon, and would like to know what anyone knows about these people, Are they reliable? Are they genuine? Will I buy a car from them and have it fall apart in 15 seconds? etc. They say all of their cars are fully imported from Japan, and are complied to our regulations, but again I am not a mechanic so I have no idea what this actually entails. Any info would be great guys! I just want a nice normal R34 that hasn't been through every person in Bankstown and their cousins, and will just be a decent drive. Regards
  17. Don't worry about it guys, I decided to take images of an R34 instead. Its simply too difficult to find anyone with an actual R35. Thanks anyway!
  18. Hello Guys, I am in the process of building a new website for one of my clients (A Skyline Wreckers out in Western Sydney) and I really wanted to get a few photos of a really nice looking R35 - GTR Skyline for a few sections of the website. Generally I take photos of all of my needed objects, however since the car is so high end, and very rare (especially out in the West) I don't think it is possible for me to randomly hunt around one to photo (or to somehow stumble upon it randomly) That is why I am putting it out there to see if anyone in the Sydney area (I am out near Liverpool) would let me take a few artistic photos of their R35. I can happily provide a credit to the owner of the car, and if you have a website a link to it, or we can work something out. If no one can help I will use the images from Nissan and their partners, however they are kind of in the 'Gray' zone, as they do not implicitly declare if their images are free for commercial use. Hope to hear from someone I can be contacted through the mail system here, or via my external email account. [email protected]
  19. Hey mate would you consider shipping to NSW? Im out near 2164, I would be interested depending on how much it may cost
  20. Hey Guys, I am after an R32 GTR Roof-lining and Sun Visors in good shape. I am looking to replace the standard roof lining and sun visors I have from my R32 GTS-T as the GTR's material matches the suede material of the door trims and seats in my car. My roof and sun visors are in excellent condition, and I would happily trade them + cash your way if you wanted to trade. Im in NSW, can be contacted here. Regards
  21. Hey dude. forgot to tell you when I came over tonight that I might have a spare a stock r32 airbox for you to use to get it past inspection. How long do you need it for? I probably wont sell it but I could rent it out to you if you like? Message me if you still need it
  22. Awesome mate thanks for the info / help!
  23. Good to know its just some random security alarm. Would you know roughly how much a nes security system may cost? Mine has the keyless entry / remote locking, door sensors and boot sensor and window sensors (as in if you try to put your arm inside when the w indow is down the alarm sounds)would be great to get it all replaced :-) thanks for the input guys!
  24. Hey guys thanks for the info. I have attached a pic of both my key and my keyless entry unit. im sure the keyless entry unit is not genuine as I was under the impression no R32 came stock with an alarm system / keyless entry. basically the unit just has unlock, lock, alarm test and alarm mute, besides supergluing them together, which while tempting is pretty bodgy. i dont really want to spend a fortune as the system still works, be great for any more input thanks guys!
