Hi mate, That has wiped off the oxidation so it looks better = good. Can get similar results hand polishing with a cutting compound. However, this process has also wiped off the UV protection. I'd suggest you reseal it before the oxidation comes back with a vengeance.

I've used Novus auto glass a few times now with my other cars and believe they are very well priced compared to O'Brien.

Hi Everyone, I removed the plugs and coil packs a few days ago. Did not gap the plugs, just checked and refitted them. I was lucky enough to also have two replacement sets of low KM coil packs handy - so I put a new set in. While I was at it, also cleaned both AFM's and reset her ECU. After this, she's now alot more responsive in the low RPM range as expected so im happy with the result. Thanks again.

I've had success just using a medium grade cutting compound with a DA polisher on marks such as these on painted surfaces, however not on interior panels. I have also successfully removed superglued badges and drips - etc from painted surfaces in the past by using acetone and cotton wool. If you do it quickly, as in - wipe on and wipe off, you will hopefully not damage the paint. OP - You could try a bit of standard armour all or similar to see if it restores colour to the area and the rest of the door, otherwise maybe some of the pro's in the detailing forum section can be of assistance here.

Hi mate, If you already have the air con unit in the correct place, chances are the brackets you have in there can be reused. Im assuming you have a single din unit with a pocket or similar underneath it. If you remove both, you can see if a double din unit fits in to the screw holes in your current brackets. Hope this helps.

Spotted a silver R33 GTST approx 3:00PM in Blacktown, i think the plates were FATR33. Then spotted another black R33 GTST in blacktown near the shops approx 3:45PM.
