  1. Thanks for the quick reply and confirmation mate.
  2. Hi Every1, I need to top up both, the brake and clutch fluid in my car. Have done some research and am looking purchasing the following - Castrol Response Super Dot 4 http://www.superchea...251#Description. http://www.castrol.com/liveassets/bp_internet/castrol/castrol_australia/STAGING/local_assets/downloads/a/AU_Response_Super_DOT_4.pdf The car is an R34 GTR. It was either this, or the Motul one which I have seen is also pretty popular - but curious on benefits (if any?). http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=17813&cat=265&page=4 I've seen the Castrol one has a higher boiling point. Any thoughts, advice or information would be appreciated. Cheers.
  3. I also have a stock R34 GTT cat, removed from a low KM car a few years ago and has been in storage since. Also located in Sydney, so pick up is welcome. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
  4. These look amazing, best of luck with the sale.
  5. Still in as new condition, was only used for a short time. 600 watt, 4 channel and bridgeable. Im looking for $195 for it. Pickup is available from Rouse Hill in Sydney or will post at buyers expense. If interested, please PM or call me on 0468 895 020.
  6. You get what you pay for. Without seeing the car in person, the price listed is average market value. Hard to tell from the ad, but the car appears to have small mods - pod filter, rims, exhaust, steering wheel has been changed, drivers seat looks to have been changed, rear spoiler has been removed - so most likely bootlid has been painted. Hope this helps.
  7. Hang out a little while longer and then when your ready - get yourself an R34 GTR. Definately worth the wait.
  8. Hi mate, Saw you have a rocker cover, would you happen to have a valley cover for S15 as i would be interested. Please let me know. Cheers.
  9. Talking from personal experience. It will still run, and will run like sh*t. Also important to note that the RTA has gotten smarter over the years and will still see the car as a turbo car as they go off the chassis, regardless whether the turbo is still in there or not.
  10. I just bent over and purchased an Odyssey PC925. I also had the battery terminals on it professionally modified so I didnt have to cut or modify the factory connectors. Depends how anal you are. Whats your budget and where are you located?
  11. Interested. This car does look pretty familiar, how long have you had it for?
  12. Supercheap would also have what your after - its a standard wedge globe. Something similar to this - http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/online-store/products/SCA-Automotive-Globe-Wedge-12V-5W-2-Pack.aspx?pid=120239#Description From memory, size wise it may have been the same as the parker globes / indicators? But its which ever one fits in the housing for you really.
  13. ^ Looks fantastic, thanks for sharing. I also enjoy the detailing process, its very rewarding. Still havent detailed my GTR, had to get all the little bugs ironed out first - but maybe this weekend, maybe.
  14. Got my car back today. Had a replacement metal gasket installed and car is now running perfectly (touch wood). Cheers.
  15. Hello everyone, I have a R34 GTR Nismo lightweight flywheel (Part RSR41) for sale. It is in excellent condition, had only been in the car for a few months. Great direct replacement for the stock R34 GTR dual mass flywheel and 60 - 70% lighter. More info on weight, features, benefits - etc is available on the Nismo website - http://www.nismo.co....df/clutch07.pdf Im looking for $345 for it. Will take some photos of the flywheel and post them either later tonight or tomorrow. Pickup is available from Rouse Hill in Sydney or will post at buyers expense. If interested, please PM or call me on 0468 895 020.
  16. - In car and under car neons - Shopping list stickers on both doors - Jack up car and cut a few coils off each spring - Really (really) dark and metallic window tint - 20" deep dish chromies - Massive T wing - Some form of candy flip paint - Fill boot space with numerous subs / amps with supporting lights and tv screens - Retrim interior in some sort of furry material to suit your candy paint - hello kitty exhaust tip
  17. That being said, along with the flutter you will also notice that the car will run a little richer and back fire a bit. Nothing you wouldnt expect from installing an actual blow off valve though.
  18. Hello, I suggest you leave the stock bov on there. If you really do want a flutter, just block the pipes - I've done that on some of my old R34's and S15 and never had an issue. Apparently though it is meant to reduce the life of the turbo a little bit (but thats just an excuse for bigger ones). Cheers.
