carpet two peices of wood running out to the box hinged off the wall of the boot ....and have some sort of quick release latch on the other end of the wood latching on the sides of the box so you can get the box out quick.......and now when released from the sides of the box they will swing from the hinges upwards allowing you to gain access to the spare and when put back in just clip them back onto the sides of the box hinged like a ferris wheels box cart on the box cause ur mags will be bigger than ur space saver and will sit higer in the boot... :bahaha: :bahaha: :bahaha:

So a monoblock amp rated @4ohms 1000watts then 2 subs @2ohms 500watts each.Wire the subs in series and viola...pretty much... But the thing that i dont get is do the subs have to have 2 sets of rca's or 1 set of rca's to be daisy chained? :spamcan:
-
hi all when running 2 subs (4ohm) in parallel thats 2ohm's each.Do you run a amp that is 4ohm rated??? how do you run the subs in parallel? do they have to have rca in and out on the sub for this to be done.and what sort of amp do you use i.e.(mono)? im not doing it im just curious about it.

Trust33 replied to Trust33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
its a brand new heavy duty xtreeme ceramic sprung button 5 puck.came with new bearing but still the squeek may go away after a while.it hasent even done 50km's yet. i hope it does or else i will have to put up with it 4 a while Let this be a lesson 2 every one.Get your bearing pressed on by a professional.it wont cost hardly anything but saving u the annoying sound........priceless. :ufo: ''The chosen one''. take it back.....did you buy it through a dealer? -
Hi ppls i have a prob with my car.Whenever i put the clutch to the floor it makes this weird squeeking metal grinding sound and when i take it out the noise just stops....The clutch operates normally takes off fine and goes up gears fine.....i think it could be the thrust bearing given the way that my dad and his mate put it on.........Or could it be the spline at the front of the box?......Does the spline have to be greased before insertion or is it inserted dry......sounds good hey... I am in need of some advice on the matter.....if any of you have experienced this or similar before.....

Reco place 4 HKS Hypermax
Trust33 replied to Trust33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
you know he did say that to me or my other alternative was to send them to japan cause quote,''thats the only place who can recondition these, you wont find anybody else in Australia who will reco the hypermax 2''.errrr wrong answer as i found out l8er on. -
In my travels of trying desperatly to find a shockie reconditioner for my adjustable HKS Hypermax i have finally found such a place.it is in Queensland and when on the site go to SHOCK RECONDITIONING to get a list of their big name shock brands they reco.if they have not got yours listed just ask them and they may even be able to help. on the other hand if anyone knows someone who recos hks hypermax back to factory specs in N.S.W (sydney preferably) can they let me know in this thread.or leave a pm. This is the place>>> www.shockreco.com.au :flamed: :bs!: :jk:

can anyone tell me if you can oil a sard top intake sports filter...... -
nice car.there are lots out there the trick is to find one thats cheap and performs good for u.what i found when buying a car was that if u spend that little bit extra you wont be dissapointed and you can pick up a more highly modified bargain allong the way (killing two birds with one stone) as you will prolly b looking to chough up for these mods in the future anyway.turbo silvas are looking pretty cheap these days and then for only $5000 more on top of what u were initially going to spend you could have bought a stck gts-t skyline.but if the performance is there and everything else you want is there then go for what you want. re-sale value is what you should also look at in a car that you are going to spend a bit of money on.but in the end the decision is up to you on how much you want to spend and what you want to buy. i hope ive been a help good luck in the car decision :Pres-hit:
