  1. handbrake handbrake handbrake.rip the handbrake and throw it down a few gears.and plant it.
  2. BEA,bostic, shinano. BEA make good staple and nail/brad guns. shinano are good guns. bostic, good nail guns. snap on look god but ive never used them. id say that all of the brands ive mentioned all make all types of guns.
  3. im paying on the day.damn the confirm button at the end of a tranasction.
  4. it gets pretty hot at the sydney summer nationals.like no less than 35deg and up on a clear day. btw:fast car.
  5. as soon as the weight transfer stops where do you think the resulting reaction goes soon as the shocks gets to their lowest point.straight to the tyres.but then on lift (rebound)the tyres will begin to spin because the rear end will become lofty. thats why having the rear end raised is a good idea for traction purposes.and thats why drag racers do it this way.
  6. i had a big night last night so i never ended up showing either.plus look at at the weather.puts a bit of a dampener on things

  15. looks like itd be worth its weight in gold.
  16. the wheels are still chirping on mine.i got a comment from the boys at a local gearbox joint.and they laughed at how cheap i did it for. yes the splines must be aligned if you want to have any chance of the centre lineing back up.all you need is the longest of the 2 put back in completely and it will be alligned.you dont need both as far as i can remember. if you look closely at the end of the spline youl see it goes thru past the centre of the spline to the start of other side. mean looking r33 in your avatar.
  17. both of these pics are different. i also have it on good word from the last person you bought it from that this is a $10 fake.i have no problem with you making money on an item thats fair game but if you are trying to rip people off.well lets say i wouldnt. so what is it?
  18. these are a good turbo timer with full auto function. i may know som1 who will buy it from you tho i will have to wait untill monday for confirmation.
  19. yeah, its all in hindsight now.its just when i had heard of the different cups that come with the HD jacks,i thought that that was a good idea.to have a cup size for most surface sizes. a jack with a low cup can jack up a low car.hence the reason for looking for one with low clearence.
  20. hahaha.
  21. this is the jack link.it was a part of a group buy.it happened ages ago.it seems that this njack is even higher than the supercheap ones and is rated @ less tonne capacity also. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...l=jack&st=0 this is the actual pdf link to it.the nose is really low.like 63mm and raised it stands at 500mm. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...st&id=17162
  22. lol.i have the scisor on one side and the cheapie on the other and go up a bit at a time.and but minus the 3t jack. the jack i have atm is like the $50 ones from supercheap.and one of the rear wheel arms has a bend in it.and it rocks.lol.so hence i feel unsafe with it. this jack is gold http://www.ac-hydraulic.com/Default.asp?mo...oduct&id=44
  23. spotted a pewter 33 with chromies today on blaxland rd ctown.nice passenger.
  24. where in sydney can i buy up a decent 2.5tonne low riding hydraulic car jack from.for a decent price? ive been to supercheap $169 (2.5tonne 133mm low & 483mm high) and repco $140 (2.0tonne 138mm low and 495mm high).they seem to have the same sorts of heavy duty jacks.tho i thought that they went lower to the ground.133mm was the lowest i have found. i seem to remember a group buy a year or so ago and for $230 you got the jack and additional cups.and it was a low riding one. somthing similar to this: jack linkeh there was also this thread that i have came accross.so no excess flamage occurs. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...=hydraulic+jack
