I had 5 bolt genuine garrett IWG with 14psi actuator and it held 25psi with a good EBC fine boost dropped to 23 up top but that's cause the turbo was maxed out. IWG will be cheaper and easier to set up and will probably still net ya 280kw easy

Definitely the housing mate you will probably find its a .70 and not a .82 as suggested..I was offered the same housing on my GTX3071 and ditched it for a garrett housing my car went onto make 288kw on 98 and 336kw on E85. I can 100% assure you that's the issue might be up for cool grand for a .82 garrett rear and a new dump pipe plus a tickle up on your tune but that's less than half the price of the turbo.. Maybe a bit more if ya not handy on the tools

As you can see this thing has hardly any use as the stainless isnt even discoloured from the heat of the exhaust gas Still nice and chrome looking! Need this gone! Will deliver for free anywhere within reason in Sydney! Will even drop it at your selected exhaust shop to be fitted Cheers Mick_O

and a tiny dent here in the muffler body which is barely noticeable (its where the KA is on the muffler body)

Had a closer inspection at the exhaust today these are the only marks on it 1 scrape here

I could get around 450+km out of a tank of E85 on freeway driving that wasnt with 100% conservative driving either, But driving it around "having fun" icould get around 350-380km on eflex Best I done was a trip to shelley beach and back from Richmond around a 240km round trip and I used JUST under half a tank

Theres lots of points as to why you should choose the ID1000's & lots of points as to why you wouldnt bother using 2nd hand injectors. ID's are the best injectors on the market and are probably a few hunge more than the 2nd hand shitters ya planning on using. IF you are worried about spray patterns etc for good combustion theres only 1 choice! Thats the ID's! As piggaz said the ID's drive alot better than anything else. Im running ID2000's in my evo and it runs like a dream idlea sweet and I get surprisingly good mileage outta a tank of E85
