Yer I had a wee search around and theyre now producing the FC datalogic, Which seems to be the upgraded version of the controller? Ill keep it up on the list of things to search for when cash is available. With personal experience would you recomend this as a starting mod as apposed to after a few mods first?

Well . . . . no. I had assumed internaly had meant inside turbo and would require new turbo. As the voice of reason how does it work in making the car stall more and use more fuel?

Right in trying to avoid being shot at and called a dirty ricer ill keep this short. I want a BOV, I have a stock turbo, what do I need to do to get this done?

Hey man i sure its likely to change dependant on car and POD etc but what size acrylic did you start with, I called for a quote of 1mx1m just on the basis of "im positive I wont run out" and it was like $130. Having said that yet to try bunnings but thought id go for better measurements than my glorious guestimation

Touche, im yet to wear them in yet though so ill wait till thats done, and by then Ill know if I really want to paint them

Im assuming this is best done with tyres off, but are there any magic taping tricks i could use to cover the tyres or will it be easier and better if i do involve taking the tyres off

As a side note question then. (have no fear i will read more before jumping in) but the dyno? I . . . well hows it work? does it require a piggy back unit or new ecu to be worth the tuning or to be able to be tuned? or once again should i get my head down and search for it properly

Uh Hadnt really thought about that my head was blinded by the idea of speed. As a start though I still have my R33 GTS4 which has bilstein Shocks all with new bushes. Do you reckon it would be an improvement to swap these over?

Well I havent really got a power Number in mind which may be my first problem. Whats stock power output? Ill check the other outputs in the dyno results and try see what should be next, it allready has a 2.5" exhaust straight through no cats and an 11psi wastgate actuator. But ill check out the results and the FI Guide, Cheers!

Hey Just bought an RB25DET Skyline and looking at ways of improving power first off. I know there are many ways to do this and all are somehwere in the forums but i want to know more about the front facing plenum idea. What exactly does this do? Does it require more modifications than just this? will it help increase power now or later down the track?

Ha it wasnt the cleaning that worried me it was the expense of getting it fixed. Guy had sold it elsewhere anyway. but cheers for the scary knowledge about coil packs!

If it is, what sort of money and work is involved in getting it straightened out?

Hey ive recently been lookign at finally investing in (cheaply investing in) a 2 door turbo skyline. Ive found one right in my price range but says that allthoguh it runs he thinks theres a missfire and the rear bumber above the exhaust is essentially now black. Im happy to do some work on this car to get it going right but is it going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix it if anyone knows what might be up? I figured the two things may be related

Has anyone had the spoiler taken off and had the boot shaved to leave a sort of "batman head" style look with the side guards rising up over the boot? I haven't seen it but the picture i have in my head of how it looks is awesome

Slight side topic. Does the cleanliness or age of an exhaust determine its sound output also? I imagine it wouldnt be a huge difference but I was wondering if it would change over time? as the small holes in the muffler may get blocked up etc. PS my problem got solved just got another muffler works a treat all nice and legal
