oops, was supposed to post this under WA for sale section, but they're WA plates. and i don't understand why i wouldn't be able to transfer them over to somebody else =s the guy i bought the car from had no relation to me, and all he had to do was sign transfer papers.

Just bought my car and these plates came with the car, I'm switching back to standard plates so trying to make a few bux off these lol. PM me an offer. =] Oh, and they're white background with black writing, can send pix if needed.
