  3. It wasn't going. i found out because i connected up my emanage it was overfuelling and fouled the plugs. i replaced the plugs and disconnected the emanage and she goes again.

  5. Has anyone got any photos of my girlfriends car? The Yellow 180sx? Ive had a look through most of the photo zip files put up and haven't found any of just her car. (i only found 2 photos with her on the edges.) And if anyone can find a good side on photo can it be photoshopped...PLEASE.......
  6. i haven't personally done it but the gtst tank is a metal one from memory, and the gtr is a plastic material. the mounting bars that go under the tank looks the same, so cant see why it wouldnt work.
  7. The Vtir's are a very quick car. As it has been said before, they aren't the best car for drag racing. send them into some twisties or onto a track and they will really shine. being a fwd, point the steering wheel to where you want it to go and it'll go there. where as the 33 skyline is a considerably heavier car and rwd so obviously a lot more toe happy. but the 33 has a lot more power and straight line speed. a integra would most of the time come out of a corner first as having a better weight balance and no lag due to the torquey nature of the vtec engine. a type r would obviously be true to this, but the vtir hasn't got the same kind of power. Hope that gives you some idea.
  8. I would question that as they are completely different cars. NA - front wheel drive, compared to turbo - rear wheel drive. check the weight difference. my last question, have you driven one of these? they are stupidly quick round corners. being in one with a driver that knows what they are doing is borderline scary. the are very quick. i personally have driven an integra, prelude, 32 gtst and currently own a 32 GTR. although i would not swap for, nor sell my gtr for one. but they are very fast. Why cant we talk about de loreans? they are the coolest.

  11. After having numerous problems with it. Tonight i disconnected the wires that are intercepting the ecu and plugged it all as if it wasn't there. still runs like crap. remembered that when i started playing with it, the main earth was disconnected. cut that. still runs crap. aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have no idea what to do. any tuners over this side of town (near lilydale) that could find out what's wrong? and if need be connect it back up and check it. AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

Just found it mught not be the ignition timing. it's now running really rough and wants to stall. not sure why has only just started being really bad and trying to stall and really low idle now. it has only been doing it since i connected the emanage up. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON? OR KNOW OF A TUNER WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THE EMANAGE IN THE EASTERN AREA?
  14. can anyone tell me how i can find out the ignition timing degrees on my r32 gtr? Also are the knock sensors on it 'resonant' or 'non-resonant'. I have put in my emanage ultimate and now my car feels like it's missing and idling a little rough. The only things i can think of is that i haven't been able to select the knock sensors. And it also needs the ignition timing offset selected but i don't know the timing so i can't set the offset. any ideas please....
  15. Looking at the car, on the left hand side of the engine bay. (drivers side) bolted just before the strut tower is a PCV Unit or something. in the hose that connects to that is a restrictor. very hard to see but if you squeeze the hose you'll feel it. disconnect this and cut the hose before this restictor. insert manual boost controller here. Make sure you leave the PCV unit electronics still plugged in though. This is how i did it and it has worked fine for a year now. no probs.
  16. i have a few questions about the emanage ultimate i just purchased. 1. If i install the emanage ultimate, activate and do the basic settings, and leave all the maps and settings at "0" so no change is written in, can i drive the car as normal and will all ecu programs run as usual? 2. Does anyone know of any good tuners that can do a good tune with an emanage ultimate on an r32gtr around the eastern suburbs, as in near lilydale/ringwood area? 3. Has anyone got any basic maps for the emanage ultimate suited to an r32 gtr. 4. I know it's a long shot but, i am doing a single turbo conversion to my gtr and wondering if anyone has any maps suited to that setup. Thanx
  17. with the single dump pipe/front pipe. should i tap two holes for the oxy sensors or just splice it so i only use one oxy sensor?
  18. after searching and not finding what i'm looking for. A friend of mine is thinking of buying a 32 gtst and was asking if i'd part with the twin turbo setup off mine when i finish my single turbo. Will rb26 manifolds fit an rb20. if not, how extensive are the modifications for them to fit.
