We are getting a good flow of registrations for the Show N Shine but the more the merrier. If you are free for the day it is only a 2hr drive up .. park your car and leave at the end (approx 4pm). A good turnout this year will assist us in getting corporate sponsorship for the following year. This is what it is all about, raising $ for charity. Many of us are fortunate to own nice sports cars so every now and then we should be doing our part to give something back to the community. This year we were able to get a $2000 sponsorship next year depending on numbers we might be able to secure a $10,000 sponsorship deal. Cmon everyone come down for the day and support us. SS8 Gohan: No mate not mine. I just picked up mine from Knox Mitsubishi on Tuesday (stock) Yes, I did have a R33 GTR but needed something 4 door just for ease of taking my son in/out. I do Miss the R but the Evo is helping me forget DavidM: I got quotes from many places incl. Eastside & Chadstone and all I can say is I bought it from Knox Mit. But if you can get a stock IX 2007 model with no options for 60k drive away you are doing well.

30k for a good low km GTR is a very good price. GT-R32: If I can make one suggestion, you need more/better pics of the Interior. Interior is a good way to validate the kms. Seats, Steering Wheel, Door Trim and Handbrake etc. Good Luck with the sale.

Does anyone know what the Yanks vehicle modification regulations are? Curious to know what their rules are like... I am pretty sure I have seen cars so low they are almost scraping the ground. Incredibly small or oversized tyres. I know they have much more expensive speeding fines .. which is fair enough

Can someone shed some light on why these items are deemed un-roadworthy? I presume that there is some logic behind every regulation. Blow Off Valves = Noise Pollution (No Problems) Gauges mounted on your dash = May block your vision (No Problems) Loud Exhausts = Noise Pollution (No Problems) EPA = Pollution (No Problems) but ... Size of tyres compared to factory spec? So your car has better road handling is a bad thing? Ride height? Upgraded Suspension? So again better handling is a bad thing? Roll Cages? Aftermarket Steering wheels? ...

Sorry I didnt see your post. Oops! Well initial thought was 4 door would suit my needs a little better. I love taking my son on drives and it is so hard to get him into the babyseat in the GTR. I am looking at joining the Evo Cheaters!

The Police were a disgrace. It was a pity that one of the guys pulled out from our display as he is a Federal Police Officer and might of been able to stick up for us. The event was well planned and everyone behaved themselves. No burnouts. Good to see a lot of people from inside Chaddy stop and chat with us. One guy from our group was defected. When I left he was being interviewed by a Cameraman from somewhere. Ash: If you take off your plates and Rego I am sure the Police would just Tow the vehicle away. I have always had respect for the police, it isn't an easy job. Most times they are reasonable but this time all I saw from their body language was arrogance.
