The 9.5. 38p. With stretched tyres were flush to rear qtr does any one think they will come back in 1.5 inches lowered

Been. Having trouble fitting wheels on my wifes m35 stagea when you lower the rear do the wheels pull in much . Put a 9.5. Plus 38 on rear hangs out stock height. If I lowered it would this wheel sit in gaurd again
