My issue was on uneven tires.Different dimension tires were angering my ATESSA.

Thanks, Robbie. I'm enjoying every minute of this. I'm working on a set of Bilsteins with Gary. Y'all are blessed to have that gentlemen in your corner. I read up on the suspension 101 thread here along with reading The Ultimate Guide to Suspension and Handling from MotoIQ. Both resources helped me identify want exactly I need... (not want). I think I'm 90% ready to close the deal with Gary. I'm looking at Whiteline antiroll bars, endlinks, and I was keen on the NISMO rear suspension components until I found out that its basically same as stock except with harden bushings. I'm probably going to buy polyurethane bushings to throw on the stock components.

R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
My point, and maybe I see things differently, was that a rear subframe other than stock is not "factory." Great, yeah, its from another Nissan vehicle. Perhaps, that's "factory" according Aussie laws. A subframe from another make could have hypothetically fit on there and been "factory" for that specific make. For example, lets say that a Ferrari subframe fit on there from the Ferrari factory. Anyways, I get the point. I love the idea of not having to use hicas lock bars if not needed. I've been told that the R33, S14, S15 are basically the same. -

R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Thanks for the advice. You're non HICAS subframe is definitely non factory back there. I'm changing the engineering of the rear anyways per the use of a different subframe. I doubt installing a HICAS lock bar.. Bars will cause more major geometry changes than I will already have. Btw, I'm using SPL Hicas lock bars as opposed to a long bar. -

Added: BNR32 adjustable tower bar by Iba $50 Light metal, aluminium spacers coming off my BNR32 $100 OBO BNR34 Brembos front. I had them custom painted same scheme as the STOPTECH trophy series $250 Unfortunately, they're suffering from a few chips during shipment from the UK. The fluid leaked out a bit during their movement to my home. -
R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
^Thanks, mate. That was the last bit of information I needed. I haven't yet installed the R33 subframe but it looks like I just need the items I previously mentioned and I can still retain my BNR32 axles. I'm going to uninstall the HICAS at that time so I just need to figure out if I can use a HICAS lock out bar designed for the BCNR33. I imagine that BCNR33 lock out bars will suit me better than ones designed for the BNR32. -
R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Apparently, the LCA, UCA and Tie Rods should be swapped for R33 components as well. The differentials and drive shafts fit even though there's 2 bracket holes instead of the 4 (for the BNR32 diff). I'm still concerned with the axles. I think I'll need BCNR33 axles since the member is wider. is that right? Sent from my SC-03D -
I would love this but I drive an old man R32. Is there a snorkel available for my vehicle? Sent from my SC-03D

R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
In that case, would I have to use R33 rear suspension bits or is my BNR32 suspension gonna work with the upgraded subframe? Sent from my SC-03D -
Subframe Bushes
CrimsonLey replied to MrWindsurf's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
Which and what type did you end up getting, mate? I can't decide if I want to use PU bushings or Alluminium bushings. -
R33 Gtr Rear Subframe Into R32 Gtr
CrimsonLey replied to Nur33's topic in Suspension, braking, tyres and drivetrain
I've been doing some searching regarding the R33 subframe into an R32. It seems to be more of a drag racing modification. What I gather is that the anti-squat properties of the R33 subframe aid in the launch of the car (i.e. acceleration when exiting a corner). Is that right? I don't drag race. I road race, will the R33 subframe benefit me during cornering? I mean, does it offer better neutral steering balance, better body control, etc? At this point, I think Ill benefit more by keeping my BNR32s subframe (change bushings) and purchasing bigger sways and sophisticated coilovers. Can someone help me out? -
Hmmm. I still need to find out more information about a carbon fiber spoiler as opposed to the stock component. I don't exactly know if I'll benefit from it. At this point, I do want the Nismo style carbon fiber IC shroud. Sent from my SC-03D

After you're finished reading this thread. Please read this MotoIQ series: http://www.motoiq.com/magazine_articles/articletype/articleview/articleid/1424/the-ultimate-guide-to-suspension-and-handling-part-1-wheels-and-tires.aspx -
I don't think its a faulty relay. I've narrowed it down to: Fuel pump, Atessa accumulator Air in the hicas/4wd I might just take it to Nissan so they can diagnose it and I can change it myself. Lol. Sent from my SC-03D

I'm experiencing the same problem. I hear a loud clicking noise and it's to the very rear. When I hear the click, the volt meter and lights flicker (if they're on). I thought I needed a new battery so I had it checked today. The mech told me that the battery and charging system (aka alternator) is fine. Warm and cold starts are fine but it doesn't like reving higher than 4-5k. Do I need to replace my fuel pump?
