  2. Nice, well count me in for one aswell, i'm all about bang for buck
  3. Is there any benefit to be had grabbing something like this prior to whiteline sway bars?
  4. Having a look around for them too. Prefer the twin tip of the legalis. I'm not terribly keen on purchasing something from Japan. TBH i'd be interested in just about any in country exhausts that I can get my hands on.
  5. Neg, looked pretty stock less the exhaust. Spotted another Silver M35 on pittwater road manly this morn. Hadn't seen any stageas in ages, 2 in 12ish hours so far
  6. Tidy silver m35 parked on dee why parade this evening.
  7. Cheers interested in other systems I might add, just the best sounding one IMO on utube vids. Never heard an m35 with an exhaust... makes knowing what I want a bit difficult!
  8. Sounds like me. I went through there southbound at that time I must've been staring off in space, I didn't see you haha
  9. Has anyone got one of these going? Or can you recommend a good place to buy. I'm located in NSW usually dancing between Sydney and Newcastle. I will be over in WA from early/mid June if anyone over there has one as well. Cheers Nick
  10. Cheers for the advice guys. Well decision day is coming closer I'll post if I decide to do it or not, it'll mainly be a factor of are any of my colleagues doing the same or not.. Cheers Nick
  11. Spotted a stock silver M35 parked on the beach front at manly
  12. Yeah well my motivation for wanting to drive is just for the adventure, helps having some mates doing the same thing. Would be a bit of fun, but being stuck in the middle of the country wouldn't exactly be an option with work
  13. G'day, I'm moving across to WA for a few months and have the option of driving across or having the car freighted. Just wondering what peoples thoughts on taking an M35 across the country. Things such as breaking down in the middle of whoop whoop Australia would be a bit more of an issue than your average falcodore. Presumably the car is designed for Japan and its conditions, so are things like Dust, potentially average/unsealed roads and that sort of thing an issue with the M35? Given that my car *touch wood* is in good working order and will probably have a service before hand should I really be concerned? Just after some thoughts. Cheers Nick
  14. How much of a job is it to install a dump pipe? Can it be done on ramps? Also do most of the aftermarket dump pipes match to the stock exhaust or are they a larger diametre. No one wants to get rid of a whole system for the right price do they
  15. Hi flow turbo... Haha Pretty well it engine/ drivetrain wise
  16. Good stuff, eager to get down and pick it up! 4 days! Seeing as its high flowed, should I be looking at getting something like the e manage, exhaust, etc to get the most out of it?
  17. Oh a question, do rebuilt turbos have a run in time frame?
  18. Mate Nagoya have been sensational in getting my car sorted, Cody is tr bloke who's sold me the car and has been awesome with his post sale support. I wouldn't be getting a warranty pay out if it wasnt for him. I'll be going back to them in the future. On the dodgy km stuff the wear in my car when I bought it seemed about right with the k's so no concerns on my part there, I recall him saying its not always the dealers here that dodgy the k's too, it's the sellers in Japan who do it as well, because guess what, they make more money too like others have said get it inspected, I was happy with my buy. Anyway update from my folks in sydney, the car is done, no longer Souds like a jet engine spooling up, and the old man reckons it has more go, that said I don't think he knew how much it had beforehand either . Hoping I can get back down to Sydney this weekend and pick it up!
  19. I'm about ready for my car back... Going on a month at a mechanic recommended by my warranty provider. Getting part of costs covered. I think the turbo was or is getting rebuilt by gcg. Apparently there is only one mechanic at this workshop that knows how to put a turbo in and he's on holidays, only took him 8 hours because every bolt under there was stripped already... And quoted me on 8 hours getting it back in, yeah right. Anyway this update should have come 3 weeks ago... But alas here it is, no need to say I'm a bit over it!
  20. Yeah well not sure on the exact cause of why mine failed but the bearings were rooted and I think a bit of damage to the impeller. So it's all getting replaced. Anyway hopefully it will be back in car soon! What sort of a difference does the hiflow make? I've searched a bit for info but am yet to find much. Keeping in mind that everything else just about on the car is stock. Will probably be looking at Jetwreck's banjo bolt mod when it's done to hopefully eliminate a but of potential for future issues. Cheers Nick
  21. Things are looking as though I'll go down the hi flow route. Will keep you posted. Didn't realise how frustrating not having a car is!!!
  22. Said that much
  23. The car is getting sorted out on Wednesday. The dealer I bought it from, Nagoya, have been extremely helpful in making arrangements for a warranty assessment and the subsequent turbo rebuild, and hopefully it should be sorted in the next week or two. Cheers to Jetwreck for the advice! Nick
  24. Started making noise not under load...limpin her home
  25. Ah FFS, Can't exactly afford a turbo replacement and a tow truck to Sydney... Might risk it and get it home, then I can deal with getting it sorted out. Anyone had experience with turbo's going and getting warranty, kinda new to both games. Jet wreck what can you recommend as far as getting it fixed/replaced?
