hi thanks for the replies, what kind of tools did you use to cut the front bar? i am usually pretty good at these things but would hate to butcher my front bar and make it look terrible.

Hi all anyone used these autogauges they are the stepped motor variety? http://justjap.com/store/product.php?productid=18192 They are well priced and look decent just seeing if they were any good or whether the old u get what u pay for will reign true. Main thing am I wanting to know is whether they are pretty accurate, and reliability? Thanks for the help

What boost should it be going to with just a full exhaust?

Hi All, I have just bought an r34 gtt, last night i was driving it and looked at the standard boost guage looking for the car to switch between the 5 to 7psi at 4500rpm and the boost didn't change at all when i went past that rpm, it held all the way to redline. Then when i did it again i notice that the needle was very close the the 1 kg/cm2 line... if i was to guess i would say it would hold 0.8 all the way to redline. The only mods this car has is a full turbo back exhaust. My question is does this boost seem high for the mods? I have had a look and the standard boost controler seems to be in tact as in it doesn't seem to be earthed to get the extra boost before 4500rpm. Some other strange things i have noticed is that my fuel pump is quite loud compared to my friends r33 so im wondering if this car is still stock asides from the exhaust. I have attached some photos of the actuator and turbo. Should this car be running this much boost? If the car is indeed running between 0.8-0.9 kg/cm2 wouldn't the computer have gone to r & r by running that kind of boost? Your help is greatly appreciated
