  1. I feel the pain. I had only had my R34 a month or so and I was parked out the front of a mates place for 20 minutes and came out and someone had scratched and slightly dented the drivers door. $700 and a couple of weeks of being messed around by the panel shop it was sorted. The d!ipsh!its quoted me way to little because they didnt know it was a three layer pearl job till they had started. not my problem, but it made them take ages. Looks good now though. YEEEEEEEEEeeeeeee
  2. It pisses me off BIG TIME that if someone in the past has crashed your car (you were not even in the car at the time) and you claimed through your insurance, then its counted exactly the same as if you had crashed. is it just me or is that really dodgy?
  3. hey another post, from another guy who has no insurance, whose car has been stolen.
  4. hot hot hot sort yourself a slimline number plate mate.
  5. stumbled accross this. http://www.autoblog.com/2006/03/20/report-...wner-jailed-on/ The only Skyline that Nanahoshi Hiroaki appears likely to see for a while is the one through the window of his Los Angeles County jail cell. The owner of Motorex, America's only importer of the Nissan Skyline GT-R, is reportedly being held on $1 million dollars bail on a litany of charges ranging from financial malfeasance issues to assault with a deadly weapon and attempted kidnapping. The future of R32-R34 Skylines in the U.S. beyond those already imported remains to be seen, but according to the Nissan/Infiniti Car Owners Club (NICO), Motorex's facilities have been forcibly closed due to their failure to pay rent.
  6. Glad you didnt mention Jamie Cole at Xspeed, that guy is a moron. lol
  7. thanks man, had a quick look on nengun and didnt see it. will look again
  8. I have read news that they are making a more efficient, cheaper, cooler cpu, but there is no where that says it will be faster. You realise its already running 3 X 3.2ghz , and there is nothing it cant graphically do that the ps3 will be able to do when its released. The only thing I have read about ps3 is that It can handle more going on at a time on the screen if the coders know what they are doing, or put the effort in. It wont be able to actually do better grapics. saying that, cant wait I am as excited about the ps3 as I am about the flood of new services and games MS will offer by the time ps3 lands. They are bringing arcade games like street fighter to the xbox live market place and re writing them in hi-def and with online multiplayer. YEEE
  9. I am yet to see a china kit that is actually designed for an r34, they just say they are for both, thinking the cars are the same.
  10. maybe you should buy a game or two ?
  11. mate you should be watching out for the paragraph police.
  12. yeah plenty with their Speedo’s wound back anyway.
  13. 320km/hr speedo cluster, anyone point me in the right direction? could only find a GTR one on nengun. cheers
  14. I am constantly amazed that people think 10-15 year old cars have done less then 100,000 km.
  15. anyone know how much R34 GTT ones are?
  16. wtf a website ranks Australian universities based on what an unknown sample of people said about unknown variables? How can its "goodness" be anything but subjective and totally impossible to accurately rank? Is it just a massive coincidence that all the universities that are named after the states are ranked the highest? And is it just another massive coincidence that the university that conducted the surveys got the highest ranking? What a load of crap.
  17. stickers are for kids who do well at school.
  18. mmm might bring the R34 for a spin.
  19. Thats why you get your permits laminated, HA!
  20. r34 has the washer bottle in the way and different distances to things. I came down to the workshop with my car pulled apart and he showed me all the parts not lining up. He also told me he has seen plenty of kits that just dont fit, saying that, some must fit or there wouldnt be a market for them. This is all from a "reputable" if there are any, workshop in perth. The china kit i bought came with instructions and pictures for an r33 even though it was sold for "r34". The instructions included bending the chasis slightly and didnt say what to do about the water bottle. I ended up returning the kit and getting a full custom stainless steel install. full custom stainless installed is only a few hundred more then china kit installed, if you pay a workshop. just a warning from my experience
  21. be carefull the r33 kits dont fit r34's
  22. My 265.5RWHP GTT can run 13.16 apparently.
