I didnt want to start a thread about which to get, i just wanted to identify the kit i had found at $3500, as i said all the other kits i found were 5k+ and didnt realise that there were so many compatible.

I rebuild every 6 months when i flush my liquid cooling.

Yes 6K depreciates fast, yes it would have paid for soo much stuff for the car or other things but its my passion, people like cars, sports, antiques.. all sorts of stuff they sink their money into. Computers is my thing. I'm paranoid about security and performance on my system. I clear cache of my system (not just internet settings), defrag the hard drive, perform health checks and diagnostics on a regular basis. it's what im into. My budget is not just 3500, i just saw a kit for that and wouldnt spend extra for the same thing i can do for cheaper. i currently have a new fuel system installed (not sure what it is off the top of my head) and last week got a haltech PS2000 ECU installed. Not looking to do the install myself as i know minimum about cars, i am paying for others to install all of this.

No its what you do when you spend 6k on a computer and optimise every component for performance.. none of these posts are at all helping.

Im an IT Technician, if that was an option i would have done it. however i have optimised my computer to clear all cache files and cookies etc on close. I am not a mechanic and know limited about cars, i have been browsing tonight and the turbos ive found have been 300 hp for 3k and anything above has been 5k so not sure what turbo it was i was looking at.

hi guys, i was recently lookin up turbo kits for my r34 gtt to upgrade. i found a website selling a kit for $3500 for 600hp . I however closed the website :S ... does anyone know what turbo this would have been?

Hi all, Looking for Mud Guards for an R34 GTT, original owner took them off and never put them back on. Kills me that every time i clean the car, first drive splatters up through the doors....

Hi all, I purchased a manual 2 door R34 GTT and the owner wasn't to nice to the interior What I'm after: * Dash - so the owner was female and scratched all around the cd player/aircon controls with her ring as well as door trimming and centre console * Headlights - the headlights are letting in moisture (its not causing any problems i just want to clean it up) * Floor Mats I also have a cracked body kit an was wondering what people would recommend? Not after anything to flash just something simple. I might post up images of the current body kit to see if anyone know what it is so i can just replace it. I am located in NSW - West Sydney

yeah im aware of the difficulties and have no expectation of this being a walk in the park. and am prepared to spend alot of time looking for stuff. My brother does welding so hes good to help me with all that but yeah gonna have issues with where do i start.

Yeah, i do have a compressor not a paint kit might need to look into it.. i dont know exactly what tools i will need which is why i was going to get it as i need/discover. I don't have a problem with the cost of this as i have no idea what im doing im expecting this to take me many many years and as mentioned working three jobs pays well so im happy to spend whatever is needed. Could anyone recommend a place for parts for these types of cars ?

No not yet but plan to purchase as i find out what i do need.

Agreed, i am working 3 jobs at the moment so time is quite hard to come by - i might look into some courses than. Anything in particular i should look into.. i.e. Is there courses on restoration or is it just individual key courses like engines etc,?

Hi Guys, I want to start a project car like a Charger or Challenger or something however don't really know anything about cars. I don't care about how long it would take or the cost its just something that interests me. So my question to you all is how would you approach this? Where could i learn the detailed information about doing this not just the overviews you get through google like keep parts together etc.

Just wondering if your still selling the interior for the R34? I am basically after the whole dash and centre console and door trimmings. Also after the headlights if in good condition

Hi all, I recently went and got a dyno for my Skyline R34 GTT which they have informed me that the ECU mass timing retards on high boost due to air flow meter maxing out and they have recommended an ECU upgrade. Please PM me if anyone is selling one. Could you please let me know if anyone else has encountered this also and if the new ECU fixed it.

Hi All, I have recently purchased a 99 Skyline R34 GTT from Victoria (I am in NSW) and have a few questions. I did some searching but couldn't get any definite answers. * I got knocked back for Blue Slip which my brother has mentioned should be fine as long as we engineer the front mount and full through exhaust - I am not sure exactly what the engineer certificate will do for me? Will this make it OK to blue slip or will I still have problems? - If I get a mod added to the car later do i then need to re-engineer that component and go back to the RTA or just engineer? - If i put a new set of RIMs on it (which are larger then they currently have) does this require an engineer cert? * How low can i have the vehicle? * My battery sits in the engine bay where my brothers R33 is in his boot, is there a benefit having it in the boot/engine bay? * There was a lot of discussion on whether there it is better to run Full Synth of Half Synth Oil in the car. - What is better and i don't care about one costing more then the other? As you can see i have minimal knowledge about cars and any information would be great.
