Make sure the car is from an auction and comes with matching auction papers. What happens if at any point you say you're not happy with the car? Same again? People have already mentioned the channels thru which to get your money back. Dodgy dealers like this thrive on the fact it's a difficult process. Oh well doesn't look like you're going to be talked out of it. Lesson learnt yeah? $500-1000 deposit is plenty.

Was just about to point that out! And the supplied de-reg papers look legit. 60k in 2010, 80k in 2012 = about 100k in 2014. 10k per year so who knows how many were on original dash. All dodgyness aside, grade 4, 100k, at around $40-45k it's not a bad buy.

If it's not plated, it's not ready to be picked up! Seems like they might be pumping some plates out now though. A few cars all coming thru at once.

Yeah thanks for clearing things up SecretR33. I feel your pain I deal with RMS (rta) a bit at work and they pull the same stuff. Worry more about typos then the actual content of a report.
