  9. first of all settle down secondly, the above makes it sound like you've been waiting for your chance to start yet another, and increasingly tedious, internet fight start a duscussion, but f off u want to abuse ppl and be a dickhead, as I and no doubt everyone else, is bored of it all from experience of owning an sr, you have to do a lot to it before it starts to think about touching a gtr not this mild stuff the dude on ns.com is on about not everyone knows all the differences between cars, and I doubt this guy did. Not to mention what someoen else said regarding him seeing not only the cooler but also the apexi badging I don't see why you're getting worked up about it - was it you who posted it up on ns.com?? just chill ffs
  10. na's don't run fmic's though gtst
  11. problem is these days there are so many done up skylines that ppl can't tell the difference between gt-r and gts/gtst especially ignorant silvia drivers hehehe also the 33's are that little bit harder to tell if their guards are pumped etc etc since they have less aggressive panels than the 32's and 34's I'd say the guy got his facts wrong and actually beat a 33gtst
  12. daaamn that's going back a long long way sorry dude it sold ages ago
  13. REPRAZENT: I've heard that you can modify them to run inputs, as per S15 monitors though ... never heard of them in this case, where they're actually run inside the dash (have only heard of the inputs as part of the factory optioned nav system, not a nismo addition)
  14. the viper was prolly being driven by a woman then! j/k ladies

  21. A mates aunty or something works there and organised for his dent to be fixed up the job seemed to be v good, but I've found cheaper As for the painting, he asked about that and I think it was going to work out to be $1,500 I think It's a lil just over the cost of the paints he wanted
  22. Steve: is this because GTRs generally use both gears? I'm just interested as to whether people found them viable?
  23. hmmm maybe I do then As I'm just reading stuff about making dyno runs more expensive from the sponsors..? Anyway when a date is organised will bring everything, felt necessary, up as there seems to be a large amount of ambiguity
  24. that's what I'm talking about Paul but there's two sides to it either people pay the full cost for the event, or they participate in fund-raising events in the hope to bring down the sporting events costs and last time someone suggested a show'n'shine I was pretty sure they got bagged fairly heavily (rice issue and all that) obviously there are other ways, eg what importscene did/are doing with sausage sizzles, raffles etc etc ... only they got heavily bagged as well ... but the point is people are going to have to be willing to put up with those things, if they want to participate in the events at a competitive price (shold they want to do it regularly)
  25. like what exactly? last time I checked, people weren't a fan of things like 'show 'n' shines' and the like, whereas mc days etc are going to cost If noone is keen to do any non-sporting events, the sponsors will be up for a lot, as the club will be spending more than it'll be making So you'll have to find out what people are keen to do; otherwise the financial backing of SST and Per4manz may be very shortlived indeed I agree with Adam, the $60-$70 establisment fee should be paid by all, and some kind of member fee should be incorporated. This will both generate funds and give the members a firmer (and more democratic) foundation; instead of another entity solely funding and therefore allowing themselves a 'levy' at any point in time
