  2. 20 this year why are people going "21 in 2 1/2 years time!!" etc etc??? hahaha, seems strange, maybe not happy with their ages?? Once you hit 21 you'll be wanting to be 18 again that's for sure! NismoGirl: nice plates
  3. ken, I saw the burswood one on RACESCARS - I'm sure if you contact Access31 they'll be able to line you up the copy of that tape, and maybe get you in contact with the author of the video but very VERY nice driving!

  8. Ultimate is approx 8c deerer than ULP, and if you aren't taking this into account you could be out by approx 50 or so km's worth on a full tank Then the additional could be perhaps because your right foot is enjoying the additional power from the extra RON too much!!!
  9. his was twin-plate already big bux for fixing

  14. saw your car at global the other day gav when you were picking it up...didn't recognise you but then again haven't seen you in about a year! sweet car though mate! will go a helluva lot better than the old sil...hopefully!
  15. dude, she doesn't know where she's going because gr33dymango doesn't know where to go, hence why he asked the question gr33dymango, get her to get me some electronic bits while she's...wherever!!
  16. yeah, seriously though I'd like to see more: dyno shootouts chicks track events shop displays and discounts/offers and less: rice cars I think it's a good idea though, doing only import cars, since that's pretty much what that market of people are there for with all the companies supporting import performance Hope it goes well!!
  17. more eye candy of the female variety please
  18. forgot to say, regarding where to change gears - get a dyno tune and you'll be able to find out your power range each car is diff, since you may have diff turbos or anything which would alter the power spots get the dyno and you'll know the best revs to keep your car within dumping is best otherwise you'll be buying yourself a nice new clutch a lot quicker and not getting much (questionable) diff on 1/4 times
  19. street tyres aren't a soft enough compound to become hot and therefore sticky...unless you're using semi'slicks or full slicks those people that give a little chirp are wasting their time as that doesn't do anything at all; in order to get your street tyres hot enough you have to do a long, hard burnout, and usually after a couple of those you can kiss your tyres goodbye tyre pressure, maybe...maybe not...it all boils down to what people have experienced... I'd say a lower tyre pressure, like 20psi, would be pointless (no offence gtst v-spec! ) but you're caving the tyre, and only gaining traction on the outer edge of the tyre, and not all the way across...that's why I tend to think that an intermediate pressure is best...and theoretically should be since you'd have maximum traction so in conclusion: unless you're running slicks, steer clear of burnouts and don't drop tyre pressure *too* much I stress - IMHO
  20. ?? on davis road?? that'd be coz everyone in front of me was going same speed as all of us
  21. wizzard: it's currently on my car at the moment - will be coming off wednesday afternoon from what I have noticed whilst driving, it is very comparable to friends sr20det's with equiv turbo...I'll be getting some pics of it when it comes out, test for shaft and thrust play etc so will know for sure then at the moment, I'm satisfied with how it works, no problems, it's just making way for turbo upgrade
  22. T25g from SR20DET with std dump pipe and front pipe for sale can throw in std intercooler $free coz it's taking up space Good condition Perth buyers preferable $350
  23. A sticker I saw on a car yesterday sums up my personal feelings regarding speeding: "Don't ban high performance cars - ban low performance drivers"
  24. yeah it's sweet hey, two roads down from my house, gotta love a cruise of claremont then home along there every night
  25. the ca is a cast iron block, the sr is an alloy block and weighs heaps less, is newer, pulls more torque and power basically it's technology vs tractor ahahah I'm not sure about durability of the two, like the amount they can withstand, but is was tested and proven that the sr can hold 250rwkw without internal strengthening... exhaust note is purely subjective: I prefer sr since it's a nice, lous throaty sound; the ca sounds more 'sportier' (that is, imho more like an rb note than an sr)
