  1. Or you can just press the "Recurculation" Button for just inside air and that vent will close off.
  2. One of my indicators has the same problem but its due to a small crack in the lens... can you replace just the lens or do you need the whole assembley with the break lights too? or can someone repair the crack?
  3. Umm I wouldn't see a problem in using it as a daily driver... Just about everyone on here does. Pros on it would be you get to cruise for along time everyday in a Skyline I guess ull be clocking up some k's on it quick.. but hey cars are ment to be driven! With the fuel prices its gonna cost abit each week.
  4. AGREED! Chainging gear ratios cant make your engine gain more power.. The dyno guys dont know what there doing.
  5. OK Sammie. Few pages back you where explaining how ur mate connected a pipe from the top of your BOV to the inlet manifold. Im no expert but i beleive this is needed to activate and de-activate the BOV. Because as you change gear the engine goes into Vacume and forces the BOV to open up. Now if this wasnt connected at all! your BOV was probably leeking on boost and causeing that power curve. After you mate connected it the leek was fixed and you found alot more boost. I would just like to input into the 3rd and 4th gear dyno runs. I would beleive the only differance is the torque! What happesnt when you put smaller wheels on your car??? faster acceleration right. Now doesn that mean smaller wheels increassed you engine power?? NO.. it just decreased you gear ratio.. therefore more torque @ wheels and faster acceleration. So its the same thing if you change down a gear it doesnt increase you power.. it just makes more torque at the rear wheels. Its the same when looseing off a tight bolt... if it doesn't come loose you increase the length off the bar right, and the bolt moves. This doesnt make you stronger it just means there is more torque applied on the bolt. Anyway thats my opinion!

  7. Rear tyres are Khumo Supra's 255 17's Model number 712 I think But as I was saying I only got a 2.49 sec 60foot time which i was getting better then that in my fwd corolla
  8. Well i took my r33 down last week and with: 3inch exhaust Pod Bov Fmic 10psi 255 17's Pulled a 13.8@ 105.3mph Next time im going to drop my tyres down to 15psi and try get a better launch. I could only get a best of 2.49 60foot time. maybe a low 13 next time.

  10. Yeh really need to get a better launch. The thing that amazed me is i was getting better times then other r33's that had alot more mods.. computer ect..
  11. Well after a weekend working on my car, adding some extra mods. I decided to take it to the strip to see what she can get. Specs: 1995 S1.5 R33 GTST 17inch 255 rears / 235 fronts (put rears at 25psi) Lowered Bov Just Jap FMIC Batmbl twin 3 inch dump and highflow cat 3inch cat bak Pod filter that ebay boost controller set at 10-11psi Best run of 13.857sec @ 105.26mph with a 2.494sec 60foot The only thing i need to do is practice the launch and should get a low 13 maybe high 12?? Will post up a video next week sometime.

  13. I was actually getting sick of the sound of the BOV at low boost.... Like the sound of the flutter now
  14. Ok cool thanks mate. One thing ive noticed with the BOV is at no boost it doesnt go off anymore.. you just here the turbo flutter sound. But when on boost it does the normal sound. Im guessing its due to the new intercooler.
