whats the trick with steel wool?

Hi, I have recently bought a R33 GTS25t, It has a decent amount of mods including a 3" turbo back exhaust. Now I'm trying to get it registered but at the inspection they said it might be too loud and I have to go back to get a decibel reading. Is there any CHEAP/QUICK fix I can do to make it quieter? I don't have much money at the moment so I cant spend much on it.

Im trying to register my r33 shyline and i need standard suspension. I found someone whos wrecking a skyline and he wants 500 for the set, is that reasonable? I was looking on ebay and there selling coil over suspension for around $800 new. So im worried that im been ripped off

Hi, i recently took my CAS off my skyline 2 try and sort out a problem, and im not sure how 2 know if im putting it back right, I marked where the CAS sat on the car itself but i didnt take note on the thing that comes out of it. Does that have 2 slot in the same position it came out? Or can i just put it on and make sure the unit itself is in the same position it was.

Im confuesd, would a fuel problem cause no negative switch to the coil?

Hi, I got my first skyline about 2 months ago. I took it 2 a garage for a RWC and the mechanic stalled the car and it wouldn't start. I live in a small town and there isn't anyone that knows much about car computers. All he can tell me is it has no negative switch to the coil. Can someone please HELP!!! How can I find out what's wrong with it? The mechanic said it might be the ignition module but I don't want 2 buy the 1 2 find out it isn't that. Please help. They have had the car for 7 weeks and im hanging 2 drive it again.

Hi, I recently bought my first skyline, Its a ECR33 GTS25T, in fact its my first car new enough to have fancy things like air con, and power steering. (My other car is a LH Torana) So I have found myself a little confused about all the fancy things in my new car. After a bit of playing i have mastered the power windows, mirrors, air con, and the other little gadgets, now its time I move onto the things that make the car ZOOM! First of all is the turbo, it has a HKS GT2540 Turbo kit. Now for me that sounds fancy but other than that I cant tell you anything, all I can find on the net about it is prices, how can i find specs/instructions or any info for this turbo? I also have a GReedy B-Spec boost controller, Like the turbo it also sounds fancy, and it has a button that turns it from crazy mode into CRAZY mode. But how can i tell if this is set up right for the turbo/car? Or should i just be safe and leave it in crazy mode and forget about CRAZY all together? Also if theres anything else I might have missed, or you think i should know about please let me know, as I really have no idea about the car at all. Heres some other fancy gadgets it came with.
