both 5 speeds. we had another run after that and the same result. to prove more we swapped cars and pretty much the same result. it wasnt to prove historical stuff, its just r34's are proposed as having a low power rating, when the NEO engine that goes in them is more powerful than an average rb25 in 33's. although the wieght is a factor,

I dont know what that has to do with the car being shit powerwise? i have hardly saw threads on 4 door skylines, your brother being one of them with his old N/A 25gt, i know him. people rate them as slow cars compared to commodores and xr6's, when they can at least go the same.

yeah, there a nice set a fit perfectly. cheaper to manage than big ass chromies or whatever, and present real nicely without attracting to much police attention. yeah ive been told, at the moment i am looking for either coilovers or springs .

Hey Guys. Ive noticed a few people rated the N/A R34's as a shit car. They reckon they have nothing against the Aussie 'falcon or commodore'. At the moment, i own a R34 N/A 4 door, with the only really power mod being the Exhaust with the following: - Hi Tech Extractors - Venom 200cpsi High Flow Cat - Lukey Performance Exhaust My mate has extractors on his 2003 XR6, and i ended up beating him by a fair car length on the legal quarter mile, i got the lead at the start because the XR6 is a bit heavier. Then after the start, we were pretty much going the same speed the whole way, so then the end result was me beating him by a good car length. On corners he has to slow down a terrible amount, when i can turn them pretty smoothly at higher speeds. Although i never thrash my car ever, this was merely for testing against the XR6. WHAT DO YOU GUYS RECKON ABOUT XR6'S VS R34'S?

would you consider swapping for a 2001 R34 25GT-V Sedan (VERY few of these specific models in AUS, i think around 6 of them) with around 6-7k worth of mods PLUS a cash adjustment your way? if you are even slightly interested i will name the modifications and other details (car has only done 65,000kms). hey mate, at the moment i have a very nice Skyline 2001 R34. it has $6000+ in extra's and is a semi-auto. Ive spent over $2500 on the exhaust and only has 60,000kms. Ive been offered offers over $17,000 for it. send me some details about your car, such as year, kms, mods etc. cheers.

if these are still for sale what kind of tyres do you have on them? i would trade original 16" 5 Double Spoke R34 rims, in a fairly good condition with toyo tyres.
