  1. Did a small photo shoot like six months ago. That time I didnt had a FMIC, Boostcontroller and RSP stage 1 ecu which I have now . Also made like one year ago this playing in the snow vid: 1998 R33 GTS-T Spec II
  2. The top one is my car It seems to be a 40th anniversary bumper indeed. They are quite rare and never seen a other bumper like that before in my country. The second one is just a aftermarket GTR style bumper
  3. Well yesterday the fuel/boost cut happened around 0,6 bar, so that's like 9psi. I did read the Rich and Retarted article. So i'm waiting for the new AFM, and I hope this will fix it. I also can try other coilpacks from a friend of mine. If this all doesn't fix the problem I'm afraid it really is the R&R problem.
  4. Okay but then it's still strange it runned perfect for a few days. Also it happens mostly around 0,7 bar which is 10psi.
  5. Well most of the R33's here in Holland are running 0,85/0,9 bars of boost on stock turbo and stock ecu, without any problems. So why you think its too much boost ?
  6. Hey there, A few weeks ago I installed a FMIC and Gizzmo boostcontroller. I turned the boost up to 0,85 bar with sometimes a spike to 0,9bar. Everything was running fine for a few days, but now i'm expieriencing boost cuts when I go in to high boost. The problem is when I fully boost and the boost reaches 0,7 bar (sometimes it happens at 0,8 bar) I get a sort of fuel cut or boost cut. I checked all the FMIC piping and boost solonoid hoses and everything looks fine. I did check my spark plugs which are still good. Now I know my AFM is a damaged a bit, which causes my car doesn't run very stable on idle or low speeds. I ordered a new AFM and I hope this also fix the boost problem. Any other suggestions for what might causes the problem ? The strange thing is that it runned perfectly after the installation and it ONLY happens at high boost.
  7. Wow man, I think the result is awesome ! About the indicators I think I could live with that It actually looks kinda cool ! I think I will show this photos to the guy who is going to fit the intercooler, maybe it gives him some ideas Can you also take a picture when you have the rego plate higher mounted ? You also going to cut away the existing mounting place for the rego plate ? Too bad i'm like the only one in the Netherlands with this front bar
  8. Well I just ordered a FMIC so I will know if it fits in a few days Is R34 side mount really better dan the stock R33 ?
  9. Yeah its a nice bumper. The only downside is that the licenseplate bracket is placed very bad and doenst look good when you stand in front. Also fitting a FMIC is pretty hard as the bumper is small on the bottom. Besides that its great !
  10. Yes my car is from 1998. Though the most of the 40th anniversery editions are with the normal Spec 2 front bumper.
  11. Are you sure about this ? This bumper doenst have fog lights, while there is a option to turn them on in my interior. Also my car is not a 40th Anniverary Edition and I never saw one with this bumper
  12. Hey there, Since I own my R33 it has this rare front bumper and I would like to know what type/brand this bumper is ? On the Dutch and UK forums nobody has a clue, so now im trying here Also if anyone has fitted this bumper with a FMIC, was it a easy job ? As this bumper is pretty small on the downside I'm afraid it's very hard to fit a FMIC.
  13. Hey there, I'm Wesley from the Netherlands and I own a R33 GTS-T Spec II for more then 1 year by now. When I bought the R33 is was as good as stock except for the GTR spoiler, front bumper, HKS muffler and Volk F-zero challenge wheels. In the last year i've done some small mods and tweaks like powdercoating the wheels, carbon twin spoilerblade, carbon endcaps, Apexi air intake, Blitz SS bov, Nismo clear sidemarkers, and the boost solonoid mod so it runs always at 0.7 bar. Now i'm planning to get some performance mods, so I want to get a FMIC soon. Looking forward to get more information from this forum and watching Skylines from the other side of the world Soon I will post some more pictures (Meanwhile the wheels are coated matte grey/gunmetal)
