  1. Offhand i'd say yes....but you only really know when you try them on. I have 17x9.5 offset +40 275 40 on the back of my R33 and they fit but I need to roll the guards to get good clearance on the outside, no problems on the inner
  2. When I enquired a few months ago Recaro didn't make rails to suit the Skylines,or at least the R33. Had to make up brackets to fix the rail on the seat to the car,....a whole day of fiddeling and a bit of welding
  3. Been in contact with him via e-mail, apparantly he's getting nil response from the supplier
  4. Didn't think the R33 used one at the rear the strut tops are inside the car
  5. Just curious, Why are you guys proceding with this group buy when the same product (if not better) is available in this forum for $120 http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=57182
  6. Can you clarify are these for the R32 and R33 GTS or the GTR on the site it just says R33 and R32. they attach differently to the GTR
  7. I'll take one....is the gear knob removable??
  8. I will take 2 x front R33GTS25T
  9. Wouldn't mind a mirror image one to go across top of the windscreen, and or straight one for top of the rear screen. Don't fancy putting big solid stickers on the rear quarter glass. Might cut down the rear peripheral vision too much. I liked the origional small one for that area. Like the big panel one though, maybe a dot com on the end....everyone knows to put the www in front. If anyone feels creative I'm looking for designs to put on the white 2 door (semi sedan Strutto???)
  10. Where is your origional tailshaft ? usually they use those flanges to make up a new shaft
  11. this still for sale??
  12. seriously if you can't recognise an intake manifold on your car, you should have someone more experienced with you before you alter anything on it.
  13. You have a high performance car If you want to live through you'r first big mistake in the wet...buy the best tyres you can scrape up the money for. Save the shitty 'wouldbe performance tyres' for the track...where they won't kill you

    Track Day

Sprint days are run by Queensland Raceway under the auspices of AASA which is a similar organisation to CAMS. Level 1 sprints are open to anyone with a mechanically sound car, scrutineering is on an honour system. You are not expected to turn up with an unsound car ie mechanical problems, rust, oil leaks etc. If you do you will not be welcome back. You must have 3 point seatbelt as a minimum, helmet and long sleeve top, long leg pants and shoes. A valid drivers license and you will need an AASA Clubman licence ,cost $50 for 12 months. Level 1 sprint event consists of usualy 3 lots of 5 laps, a group of 8 or 9 cars is on the track at any one time, overtaking is allowed. pre entry is required entry forms available on the Queensland Raceway web site. The 1.89km sprint track is used. Level 2 sprint is by invitation, you will be sent an entry form. Generally you must complete 3 or 4 L1 sprints to qualify for L2. The 2.11km Clubman track is used The format is similar 3 warmup laps, 5 qualifying laps then 2 lots of 5 laps with a 3rd time permitting. there are other events needing an upgraded licence. The Wed track day is slightly different in that is a private event ie not open to the general public unlike the normal L1 and L2 sprint days. see www.queenslandraceway.com.au dor details, dates and entry forms,
  18. Waterpump has the same life expectancy as the belt so you replace it when you do the belt. For this sort of thing I always use genuine Nissan. Pump is about $120. As for interchangability if they have the same Nissan part no ok if not no. even if they look the same VL revs to about 5500 RB25DET to 7500 GTR over 8000 and the pumps have different part nos
  19. There is an engine/electrics Manual for the GTR and for the GTS T series. There are also Owners manuals for all the Skylines. do a search of the forums under Skyline Manuals or similar you will find someone prepared to do you some good
  20. Nicks is good Mick51 got a GTR clutch there for his R32. Best bet is go to somewhere like Nicks or in your case ring them up, tell them your problem, tell them what mods your planning to do and then do what they advise you to do
  21. 2 off a 95 R33 2 door excellent condition $400 + courier
  22. My understanding is the GTR's have a different thickness rotor to the GTS25T. so even if they bolt on wouldn't you need to use GTR rotors??
  23. If it is adjustable it is not a standard shock, the top of the standard shock is a solid steel shaft with a 14mm nut
