Thanks guys ...I will be replacing the TREs, radius rods and rocker/cam covers next weekend through my mechanic.

Hi Everyone, I purchased this car 3 weeks ago and when I took it to a mechanic for a general inspection, I was told that I need to replace the tie rod ends and tension rod associated with my front 2 wheels. I have attached photos of both drivers side and passengers side tie rod ends and tension rod. Do you guys agree with the mechanic? The drivers side TRE looks like it definitely needs a new rubber boot but I'm not sure if this warrants an entire replacement. The handling of the car feels fine. I have also attached an underneath photo of the engine bay which shows evidence that something is leaking. My mechanic says that its "normal" and I shouldn't worry about it. I constantly check up on the power steering resovoir and nothing seems to be out of the ordinary. Anyone have any idea why my mechanic would think this is normal or alternatively suggest where else I should look? I really appreciate your help! Ray
